The spacious living area and dining room is great for families or a large group of friends traveling together. Everyone will love the open floor plan with fun artwork, stylish furnishings, new window treatments and hardwood floors.
The main floor consists of two bedrooms, (1 queen and a king) with high quality beds, high thread count cotton linens and ample closet space are on the main level. Full bathroom with a double vanity and plush towels and all your basic toiletries stocked for your stay.
A quiet room for reading or just relaxing with your favorite beverage.
The completely renovated kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a breakfast nook that overlooks the large fenced backyard for your outdoor fun. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom (queen bed), a separate sitting area complete with a queen futon, and the second bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with high speed internet. There is off street parking and outdoor seating on both front and back porches.
We are literally right down the street from MU. The Old Southwest neighborhood is gorgeous with mature trees, beautiful historic homes, walking distance to the Downtown District, University of Missouri, and the Katy Trail. We walk to all the football games and downtown regularly for unique shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Or if you prefer, Uber is readily available.
