Great place to stay!

We met friends for the weekend. This was such a fun, comfortable place to stay. Plus it was a 5 minute walk to the train station, which made sight seeing in Chicago so accessible! We would definitely stay again!

Great Place!

Cute place in a great part of town. Short walk to the red line which we used to get downtown. Neighborhood felt safe, place was clean and quiet.

Great little apartment

This is a great little place to stay in Rogers Park. The property manager was very responsive, and event helped us out with a little health emergency. The location was perfect for us to visit our child at Northwestern.

Great little apartment in a perfect area of Rogers Park. Very walkable and close to the beach/lake. Micaela, our guest contact, was so helpful and lovely to work with- we appreciated her so much! Home was clean and quiet- we'll definitely book this spot again!

Perfect little apartment close to Loyola

We stayed here for Loyola orientation and it was great. There was confusion with the lockbox and the property manager immediately responded to help. The unit was very clean and plenty of toiletries provided (including a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc). Plenty of Keurig coffee pod/creamers, and the AC was fantastic. Just a block to a beach, 10-minutes to CTA - I’d definitely stay here again. It is up 3 flights of narrow stairs so keep that in mind.

Sweet Space

Our stay in Chicago was amazing and so relaxing! The apartment was clean, well stocked, and so close to the L that it makes travel into the city a breeze! The neighbourhood is safe, friendly, close to the lake, and there was never a problem finding a parking spot for our car. We can't wait to come back and stay here.

Nice place in a cool spot

I enjoyed my stay here very much. A comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed unit that also was very clean. The only challenges were with parking and finding the keys. Not much can be done about the former, and the latter was resolved fairly quickly. Thanks!

Absolutely AMAZING location. Nestled within walking distance to multiple beach entries! Host/Property Mgr, Micaela, was AWESOME responding to requests and really ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Mentioned we were in town to participate in sports tournament & there were ice bags prepared in freezer, which came in REALLY handy.

We moved my nephew into Loyola university. The condo was very nice and the location was very close to the university, and lots of dining options in walking distance. The host was easy to contact. The only problem was 3 story stairs

Great stay

Stayed here with a group for a girls weekend. Everything was clean and pleasant. The beds in the bedroom were comfy. We can't speak to the sofa bed situation but just as a sofa it was pretty hard - not a major issue, but not the best for lounging for a long time. Biggest things are just knowing that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator and that battling for free parking in Chicago is generally rough - thankfully there is a parking garage about 2 blocks away. Metro stop isn't far either, so it's easy to get anywhere without a car. A coffee shop is nearby and we enjoyed touring some small lakeside parks in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice place in Rogers Park

We stayed a few nights while visiting my son who has an apartment nearby. The place was vey clean and secure. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but my daughter and I loved the jetted bathtub. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed especially coffee. It was also a great place to hang out and watch a little TV to wind down. We will definitely try to stay here again if my son stays in this neighborhood.

Great location - immaculate property.

We enjoyed our stay - lovely location within walking distance of Loyola and super close to the lake and beaches. Check in was a little rough as the details didn’t match the reality, but got it resolved fairly quickly. Didn’t anticipate 3 flights of stairs which were a bit tough for the dogs, but we managed. Easy Wi-Fi hookup and beds were comfy. No toaster which was annoying, but we used the oven broiler for our bagels. Parking wasn’t too rough. Overall a very nice visit!

Great Location

This apartment is so close to Lake Michigan and the L train. I walked easily to both those and a restaurant and cute coffee shop. It's also located next to two historic homes, one designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. I arranged for a tour while I was there. You definitely get your exercise with the three flights of stairs. And the street parking can be a pain late at night. But the noise was minimal from the street so that was a plus. Overall, I would recommend.

It was ok.

This place was Ok but it had no beside table, no reading lights, the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and air freshener, and apparently the person across the hall is unhappy about something has a rather aggressive sign on their door indicating that they think the security camera is illegal. As a VRBO owner I am surprised since my place in NC is way cheaper and also much nicer. The communication was good with the owner, though, so that's a plus.

It was not as bad as another place we tried in the area, but it still smelled strongly of smoke and air freshener, so much so that my clothing all smelled like it when we got home. For some there were no bedside tables and the lighting was not good enough to read in the bedrooms. The neighbor across the hall had this sign on the door indicating that they resented the renters and thought the security camera was illegal.
