Newly renovated apartment with a lot of natural lights from two big windows, keyless entrance, small backyard with BBQ available for guests, great location, close to downtown core, grocery store, cafes, and restaurants.
It's a basement apartment with a lot of space, nice, and cozy. The bedroom has a nice and spacious closet. Kitchen has stove, fridge, coffee machine, glasses, plates, microwave, and dishwasher. Work desk and chair.
One parking spot available for small vehicle.

Very nice place stay while in town. Very clean and quiet, felt right on at home and relaxed. Zoi went above and beyond, great host !

We loved our stay. We felt completely at home and welcomed. Lots of extra items added like coffee and cooking items. Plenty of amenities and lots of comfort. The entry system was well-communicated and made us feel safe. We'd definitely use again!

Nice and quiet

Nice quiet spot, host responds to questions quickly. city transit runs down street, closest grocery not far away. Nearby laundromat Bed comfy, good internet.

Amazing

Twas a wonderful stay, enjoyed every bit of the apartment, the front entrance is a bit wonky since I did break my toe going out the door but other than that 5 stars for me

Good location and very clean

Very nice apartment and enjoyed my stay. 2 things though...the owner needs to fix the TV. It was in child lock from a previous rentor and not usable. The fridge also needs to be fixed, very loud noise coming from the freezer.

The sofa was very uncomfortable and no television unless you use your own Netflix. Having coffee and filters would have been great The fridge was very noisy The only great thing we had great Internet

Très pratique et bien aménagé.

Une solution très agréable et au prix raisonnable pour vos séjours à Sudbury. Même si l'appartement est en sous-sol, il y a de grandes fenêtres et c'est très lumineux.

Zoi treat me like a family

I stayed at Zoi's apartment to take a mental health break. She took good care of all details and the apartment was impeccable. She and her mom are very supportive and at the same time respectful of my privacy. Overall experience was great!
