Relaxing stay

Barefoot Villas have everything you need to have a great stay. We came in the heat (38/39) and the air condition was a huge blessing. We stayed in the Beaver cabin and it was exactly as described. All the things you need for a great stay including Bbq, picnic table/umbrella and chairs. A drying rack came in handy for all the wet towel and bathing suits. Beach about two blocks down the road. Kingsley Beach is a small neighbourhood beach that is perfect for a quick dip but the larger Christina Lake Prov Beach is a quick 5 min drive away. We also venture to Gladstone Prov Park to swim. Amazing! The cabin was pretty close to everything. Recommend stopping at Kool Treat for yummy ice cream and other food. The place is a quick 1 min walk up the road. Great trip!

A 5 star hidden gem in Christina Lake

Our son was playing in a baseball tournament in Grand Forks and at the last minute, we decided to come up but no hotels were available. This property popped up as available and it looked nice but it was hard to tell from the pictures what it really was really like. We were shocked when we arrived. It was like a tiny house designed by Joanna Gaines. Absolutely gorgeous!!!! The owners are extremely friendly and 100% focused on customer service. As soon as we got there, they came and set up a table with comfortable chairs and an umbrella on the deck. Tucked in the woods, it was a beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend Barefoot Villas and will definitely be back. They get 5 stars from us!!
