This is a quiet neighborhood in South East Calgary with easy access to all amenities. Guests get a keycode access and can come and go as they please.
The house is a 2 minute walk to the Bow River and 10 minute walk to Carburn Park. Carburn Park is a large natural area park nestled along the Bow River featuring two man-made ponds, a regional pathway, and numerous wildlife, waterfowl and wildflowers to experience.
