Step into a peaceful hideaway in the heart of Bucharest, located in Piata Romana, across from Sheraton Hotel. The apartment offers calm while keeping you close to cafés, restaurants, sights, and the Eye Hospital next door.

Easy metro, airport bus, and Hop-on Hop-off access. Walk to Calea Victoriei, parks, museums, and Old Town with Hanul lui Manuc, Caru’ cu Bere, bars, and cafés. 24h McD, KFC, supermarket, and shuttles to Therme or day trips to Brasov, Bran, Peles, and the Carpathians nearby.
The space
The apartment is located 8 steps below the ground floor in an imposing building with an independent entrance. o reach it, you’ll walk through a spacious interior courtyard, which you’re welcome to enjoy during your stay.

When you enter, you’ll first find a small area equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, and table. On the right side is the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Straight ahead is the bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, an armchair, and a 58-inch Smart TV with Netflix.

For 2 guests, the king-size bed in the main bedroom is included. Using the second room with the sofa bed requires an extra fee (10 EUR first night, 5 EUR each additional night). For 3 or 4 guests, the second room and sofa bed are included automatically at no extra cost.

The hallway leading to this room includes a small relaxation area with books in multiple languages — a quiet spot to unwind.

The apartment includes high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, air conditioning in summer, and heating in winter for a comfortable stay year-round.

A serene retreat, a perfect location, and everything you need to enjoy Bucharest at your doorstep.

Please be informed that an extra fee (10 EUR/first night and 5 EUR/each following night, where applicable) is required when the apartment is booked for 2 persons and the sofa bed is requested (apart from the bed). ***

Late check-out/early check-in*:
- Euro 5,00 for each extra hour
* Always check with the host about the availability.

Machine load fee: EUR 10 - I will take the clothes you need to wash and bring them back clean. Depending on the availability, this service usually takes roughly 12 hours.

If the key is lost, there's a EUR 50 fee for replacing it.

Local tourist tax is included in the price.

Very good central accomodation, clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay as our.easy to reach, great communication with the owner. We used it for a weekend and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Location and Accommodation

The location was perfect for public transportation, food, and shopping. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with anything you might need. I appreciate their efforts to be environmentally conscious, too.

Logement mignon et propre, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Merci à l'hôte pour la précision de ses indications, la rapidité des réponses et ses attentions. Nous avons trouvé quand même un peu loin du centre quand on veut tout faire à pied sans transport. Lipscani se trouve à 1.9 km. Le lit grince un peu et la lumière du jour des petites fenêtres nous réveillait le matin. Mais sinon nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir choisi ce logement dont le tarif était raisonnable. Un conseil pour les voyageurs, pensez à reserver les restaurants les plus prisés car pourtant nous sommes au mois de mars et tout était toujours plein .Merci

You’ll be staying in one of central Bucharest’s most convenient locations, a few steps from Piața Romană and right across the street from the Sheraton Hotel, with the Eye Hospital / Spitalul de Ochi Bucuresti next door — an excellent location for visitors and medical appointments.

Transport is very convenient: the Piața Romană metro (M2) connects you north–south across the city, while Piața Victoriei (M1/M2) is a short walk away for cross-city connections. The airport express bus serves the city centre and the Hop-on Hop-off tourist line also serves this area, making both airport transfers and sightseeing straightforward.

Walkable attractions include the elegant boulevards of Calea Victoriei, the Romanian Athenaeum and nearby museums, charming parks like Grădina Icoanei, and the historic Old Town with its restaurants and nightlife — all perfect for strolls and café hopping.

If you’re planning a spa day, free or regular shuttles to Therme Bucharest run from central stops (service from the Piața Romana / city centre is available).

For everyday needs and late arrivals, you’ll find a 24-hour McDonald’s, KFC and a non-stop supermarket nearby, plus countless cafés and restaurants on every street — extremely handy whether you’re on a tight schedule or enjoying a long stay.
