The private terrace of Villa A1 features a plunge pool overlooking the water, perfect for cooling off while watching waves, seabirds, and—during the season—passing whales and dolphins. Ocean breezes and natural light flow through the space throughout the day.

As the most open unit in the complex, this penthouse enjoys exceptional privacy, steady breezes, and expansive views. It is also one of the easiest units to access, making it a good option for guests with mobility considerations.

Our guests love the peaceful setting, fresh ocean air, and the feeling of being right above the water—yet still close to Zicatela and La Punta’s beaches, restaurants, and cafes.

Early check in and late check out might be available for a small fee but we cannot promise that either will be available; it will depend on cleaning schedules and the next guests’ arrival time. Please ask us as soon as you know your schedule and we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.

Please note that La Escondida is a high-end residential community that does not tolerate parties or gatherings with loud music. There are quiet hours to be observed by everyone renting and living here.
