Our 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhome offers high-end modern finishes in a location unparalleled in Durango for its walkability to the Durango river trail, historic downtown, and the Animas River. This residence is truly one of Durango’s finest addresses and it will make for a perfect launching pad for all of your adventures. The residence has an open great room, generous outdoor living space and exceptional proximity to riverfront. Rare in this area, it even has central AC for those hot summer days.

2 assigned underground parking spaces (9' X 18')- max 2 vehicles. Recommend vehicles be less than 7 ft tall to ensure ample clearance in garage. Please ensure your vehicles will fit as there is no other onsite parking.

The AC unit the bunk bed bedroom was not working up and got really hot in the night.Check in and check out was easy. Place was clean and family friendly. Lived location by the train!

Excellent location! Just a stones throw from the Animas River trail and easy access to downtown and getting out and about in the area. Everyone was super comfortable in the house. Bonus that the Durango/Silverton train passes just out the back deck. Be sure to wave!

Great space in a great location!

This vacation rental is hands down one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the property was amazing, super clean, easy walkable access to downtown area, and even has a view of the Animas River. We will absolutely be staying here again for our ski trip next year!

Family trip to Durango

Location is great! Close to the river trail, restaurants etc. There are two decks and both are a lovely way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely stay there again!

Durango visit

Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and the condo was fantastic. Rooftop deck was our favorite. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Perfect place in the perfect location

Really enjoyed our quick trip to Durango and this spot was a highlight. The condo was perfect for our family of four to enjoy the downtown area, the Animas, river trail, and the rooftop deck was perfection for stargazing and solar eclipse viewing. Thanks for a great weekend and will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Beautiful weekend in Durango

Nice place. Had everything we needed. Great location. Bike trail close by. Sat on the top deck listened to live music at the pavilion and the trains going by.

This has been our 3rd year coming to Durango for spring break, and this has been by far the best place we’ve stayed at. Close to shopping and dining and had a great view of the Animas River and mountains. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. It looked exactly like the pictures on line and everything was stocked like the description said. Lisa and her team were quick to respond when we had questions, which was awesome. Definitely will be coming back to stay.

Great location - clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed the condo and especially the prime location. Everything was clean and worked. I was a bit concerned about the proximity to the railroad tracks but it wasn't an issue--very few trains and none at night

Beautiful property in great location!!!

We loved everything about this property and our 3 nights in Durango! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The parking was great and we loved sitting on the decks and watching the train go by. Beautiful sunsets too! We biked, hiked, went to Mesa Verde and walked to town every day. If we ever return to Durango, we would definitely stay here again!
