Our Penthouse is one of a kind on the Riviera Maya. This private building, with elevator, is enclosed inside the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. It's a only short walk to town where there are many restaurants and shops. Or if you prefer you can choose to rent a golf cart to make your way around.
Our amazing, 3 bed, 3.5 bath penthouse is over 3000 square feet and is reminiscent of an authentic Mayan style. The domed ceilings are enchanting and give each room a grand feel. All doors in the Penthouse are hand carved and compliment the beautiful, authentic architecture throughout the unit and the building. From all the common indoor living spaces there is a full ocean panoramic view that carries directly out onto the terrace.
The incredible wrap around terrace with over 1000 square feet of space that allows for indoor/outdoor living and a 180-degree view over the open Caribbean Sea and the building’s private beach. There is an outside stone dining table covered by a Mayan Palapa that seats at least ten people for meals. There are three different sitting areas on this terrace along with two hammocks for indulging in a good book or a lazy afternoon nap. The terrace is surrounded by magnificent flowers, palm trees and foliage of the region. The view from here encompasses island of Cozumel across the magnificent blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Whether you choose to have your meals outside under the amazing Palapa or indoors at the dining room table you can enjoy the view from almost every space in our Penthouse. We offer a gourmet kitchen with all modern amenities for you to cook and entertain. There is a large double door fridge, dishwasher, stainless steel farmer’s sink, six burner glass top cooker, fan, and microwave. The bar extends out into the dining and living room area. There are televisions available for you to log into your own tv provider profiles and high-speed wireless internet.
All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for full privacy. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds, and a third has two double beds, sleeping 8 people in over 3000 square feet of living space. The first primary suite has an incredible bathroom with a Roman, hand-cut, marble bathtub that is five by nine feet, including 2 rain shower heads and a double sink vanity. The direct access to the terrace from this room has a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The second primary suite has a private ensuite, domed ceiling and long views overlooking the terrace and the Caribbean Sea. The third suite has two beds and can sleep up to 4 people with a private ensuite, domed ceilings and its own private balcony. This space is perfect for a family with young kids or as a space for all the kids. There is a large television to entertain the kids while the adults relax with the view.
There is ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING!
The building amenities include an exclusive private beach area and a long infinity pool with a children’s section. The private lagoon is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding, with an incredible snorkeling area is directly in front of the Penthouse. There is a nice fitness/workout room in the building for you to use. The building has 24-hour security while our Concierge service is available from 9am to 5pm.
We have prepared for you a list of things to do, places to visit and great dining and entertainment recommendations. There are plenty of things to do in this area of the Mayan from water sports, golf, tennis, ziplining, kayaking, paddleboarding and more. It is your choice to be as busy or as lazy as you choose. After all it is your vacation!
