Absolutely gorgeous, true 1-bedroom in the heart of the village. This extremely well laid out unit is beautifully and tastefully updated, and comfortably sleeps 4 people. Offering a full kitchen, separate dining and living space, and separate bedroom, the extremely large, exclusive-use outdoor patio has wonderful views of mountains and is set up to offer separate outdoor dining as well as lounge spaces. The outdoor pool, h/t and fitness rooms are some of the nicest facilities offered in Whistler

The fantastic unit is located in the prime location in the heart of Whistler Village and has been beautifully renovated. The unit has plenty of natural light, a cozy gas fireplace to warm up in front of and incredible private outdoor space.

The main living space is a sunken area down from the kitchen and dining space where you will find a double sofa bed, gas fireplace, lots of natural light and large windows and access to the patio. There is a separate dining space offers seating for 4 and the fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the rest of the space. There is a full renovated 4 piece bath with tub (perfect for the small kids) located just off the entry. The main bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and extra sitting space in addition to the private patio door.

This boutique property is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, ski lifts and all that Whistler has to offer - all set in a leafy, quaint location.

PARKING IS $25/NIGHT and is not included in the rental price.

Great location

Great location, close to everything but not in the thick of things. Clean, quiet, pool and hot tub a nice plus. Good value for price.

The condo was quite cozy but well appointed. A maximum 4 feet deep pool and a hot tub were available for use. The parking was underground and required a code entry supplied by the owner. Parking spaces were very cramped. Restaurants were nearby. The area was quiet.

Great stay here. Location is superb, facility is great. Host was very helpful. Only slight annoyance is that the gym/pool facilities are not available until 9/10am but hey first world problems! Overall would stay again and would happily recommend.

Cozy retreat in Whistler Village North.

Great space for a little getaway. Very comfy bed, and pull out. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect… close to everything but away from the busy bustle! We will return !

Perfect apartment for me and my boyfriend. Loved the fireplace and pull out couch to hang out on after skiing. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Fast response from the owner with any questions.

We were here to celebrate our 1st year anniversary and it was fabulous. The accommodations were in a great location for us, the biking was amazing, our dinner at Hy’s was fantastic and we enjoyed some movies in the park. Overall an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back again!

The place is small but has a large balcony. It also has a step from kitchen to living space. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but you need to bring your own tea and coffee. There is paid laundry in the building and also have to pay extra for parking. The elevator is incredibly slow, especially as one is currently out of order. The bed is comfortable but the sofa bed is not. Don’t stay here if you have any sensitivity to perfume or strong smells.

Great location, not as clean as reviewed

The location of the condo was great, right in the heart of shopping, restaurants, and only a 10min walk IN boots to the lifts. The check in process was simple and clear in the instructions given to us prior to arriving. Check out instructions were also clear and easy to follow. However we on this occasion did not find the condo to be as clean as it was reviewed. Floors were clearly not vacuumed, there was a food wrapper under the bed, and mold in the bathroom in the shower. All in all it just wasn’t a clean feel. The communication with the host was great until giving them a review of the condo. No, I did not message or address any of these issues with the owner during our stay. We were skiing a lot, and out of the condo late at night, only there basically to sleep so I did not feel it warranted it, nor was there anything they could do. The communication was great up until I gave them a private review post stay, then it was radio silence. I did not even want anything from them, just wanted to address my concerns incase they had a cleaning service not doing their jobs. Since there was no response after sending pictures and a review to them I felt necessary to post this review publicly. Again, great spot, and communication until a negative review, so buyer beware. Personally would not stay in this unit or one from them again after this interaction.

There’s NO pool or hut tub. Buyer beware. Oliver’s ad said there’s one but it’s under construction until September. Good location, but the property shows signs of neglect by the owner. I cleaned the floors upon arrival and the swiffer wipe was black on both sides. Who knows when those floors were last cleaned. The AC is only in the bedroom and the rest of the unit was very warm. And without a pool to cool down in, it was uncomfortable. The patio has dirty, old, faded cushions and it’s not the warm inviting space shown in the pictures. There was also a pack ‘n go playpen outside on the patio. You won’t want to use it if you have a baby. It’s opened and dirty. We stayed 5 nights and got 1 bath towel. There was a pool towel, and since there’s no pool, we used it as a 2nd towel. Other minor signs of neglect- clogged bathroom sink, cob webs in the light fixture over the table, wobbly chair arm, large stove burner doesn’t work, and the pull out couch came apart but we were able to fix it. It has a really nice mountain view.

It is unfortunate that sometimes guests feel the need to put down a unit based on experiences which are a result of not being thorough in reading descriptions. This is the first time this has been mentioned in over the past 18 guests. There is a pool and hot tub at the building but it has been under renovation since early April and is clearly marked and noted in the listing. We were able to offer the use of a pool at the building down the street (approximately 70 meters) until the end of June. Unfortunately this guest chose not to use that option and demanded a full refund of her stay. Yes, the cushions outside have some sun fade on them. The entire unit does not have A/C but with the unit on I have never once received a note or complaint about the unit being hot, not even when we had guests in house for two weeks when it was in the high 30’s. With regards to the cleanliness, the floors are cleaned after each stay, all burners work but they removed the element and didn’t plug it back in and also broke the sofa bed by pulling it out far to hard and luckily were able to fix it. We pride ourselves in providing a clean space which many guests have enjoyed
