We do not charge extra for linens and spa towels! These are included for your convenience! Up to two house-trained pets allowed; $99 pet sanitation fee applies. This fee is to filter the house with HEPA filters and remove pet hair from floors and furnishings. All wastes must be tied and discarded.

WRISTBANDS CAN BE PICKED UP AT Member Services during office hours: MON-SAT from 8:30am-4:30pm.
The administrative fee you paid includes six amenity wristbands that provides you access to all of the amenities in the community including the pool and access to book tee time/lessons/tournaments (add'l charges) at the Golf Course.


The community will only issue up to SIX ADDITIONAL wristbands. For the additional wristbands, there is a cost to use the pool; $10/day paid at the pool; cash only. Kids under age 6 are free!
5 cars maximum may be parked on driveway. Do not park on lawn. Repairs to damages on lawn will be claimed against deposit.

Please remove all garbage and discard at trash compactors during operating hours.
Full access to the entire property. Exceptions: Shed in backyard and two closets in fifth bedroom will not be accessible.
As you are visiting the Poconos, please understand that you are coming to a rustic environment and that it is normal to see deers, birds, and all sort of bugs and maybe even a bear! Please keep the trashcan lids closed tight!
