Great Stay

Amazing home and property!

The house and property were spectacular with the pool and plenty of spacious rooms. 4+ wooded and beautifully landscaped acres. We enjoyed the walks around the property. Close to all the shopping and restaurants you need plus Atlanta wasn’t far. There were 7 of us ages 4 to 69 and all of us loved this place!

Very comfortable and roomy.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were very soft and just the firmness I like. The pool was incredible. Sleeps 12 and it is so big you could all be in a different room and not see each other. Definitely recommend booking. We will be back.

This place has it all. Beautiful inside and out. This is more of an estate than a rental house. The outside grounds were tremendous. We all enjoyed the pool area, pool table, foosball table, indoor and outdoor basketball, ping pong table, air hockey table, video arcade game. The Evolve team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for this great vacation week. I highly recommend this vacation estate, Joe

Wonderful stay.

The mansion was beautiful! We enjoyed surrounding gardens, pool, piano, guitar…nice welcome bottle of wine..The check in needed help from the owner due to uncooperative lock box. Many doors were not easy to unlock. Beddings need more care. The master bedroom was with torn bedskirt drooping down on one side, the other side of skirt totally missing, exposing the bones of the bed. It made us feel unpeaceful.Some generosity of basics( salt, pepper, sugar, scissors, extra paper towels) in the kitchen will be nice… The communication with Mr Bao was excellent and helpful.

Beautiful house

The property and house were lovely. Mattresses and linens were comfortable. The pool was clean with provided floaties an added bonus. The one thing that was lacking was labels and instructions. It took forever to determine which of the 20 switches operated the light we needed, for example. There were also fewer little touches than were used to like kitchen tools, throw blankets, etc. These aren't necessary, but would make the house feel homier and more welcoming.

Great Home and Property

We had 10 guests in our party, ages 12 to 89. The stairs were a little hard on a couple of our guests, so be advised the stairs are steep and many. Our 89 year old was a trooper and spent a lot of time enjoying the tree filled views on the two main balconies, but she also hung out at the pool, the fire pit and even the basketball goal. The grandkids (12 to 19) had a great time playing basketball, swimming, playing ping pong, foosball and air hockey. The rails on the pool table were dead, so don't plan on shooting pool. And our grands did not find the arcade game to be of much interest. One grand did locate a place nearby to fish. The kitchen was beautiful and adequately stocked, although a crock pot would be a nice add. The TVs were not used much, but were large and plentiful. The bathrooms were super nice and plentiful. The beauty of the inside of the home is fully matched by the beauty of the outside grounds. We took lots of pictures and enjoyed all of the sitting areas aroumd the house and property. Overall it was a fantastic place to spend time with family.
