Great Condo

Very nice condo in a good location for skiing the resorts in the area. Conveniently located for restaurants and grocery shopping. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful. Very conveniently located and a great, safe neighborhood. Very nice decor and all the amenities you could need. Gave a 4 star instead of 5 because the base of the bed was slatted but the slats were loose and kept falling off the frame. The mattress was not very comfortable.

Great Home Base for skiing

I had a great visit to Silverthorne! It was so convenient to get to the different mountains (Copper, A-Basin, Breck, etc.), and everything you could possibly need was right there (Target, Whole Foods, Wal-mart). The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and working from home, and having a second bathroom was great for guests. The house was clean, and the check-in and check-out experience was a breeze. The host was easy to contact.

Perfect main base for skiing

I stayed here for a few weeks so that I could work from home and ski. It was perfect - the two bathrooms were great to have when I had a significant other stay with me, and later my sister. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals each day, and the washer and dryer were helpful with all my exercise clothes. It was so easy to get to Copper, A-basin, Breck, and more, and everything you could possibly need is nearby (Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, etc.). Check-in was a breeze, and the host was super accessible to answer questions as needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our three week stay

The property was extremely comfortable for the most part—weather was warmer than normal part of the time. The owner was very available and the unit was well equipped. The only downside was the construction, although that is nearing completion and once complete with finished walking paths the location should be ideal. Very close to rec center, library, rainbow park, outlets, restaurants, and Target.

Week in the Mountains

The condo was as advertised. Newly built, stocked with everything you might need and well located. Outdoor deck was even larger than anticipated. Mike was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Don’t miss the booklet describing all of the hikes available in the area.Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable Silverthorne condo

Condo was very clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of towels, and kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Bed and living area furniture were very comfortable. Would have preferred to have the cable hook up in the living area vs the bedroom.

Perfect for skiing at Copper mountain!!

This was a great place to stay with me and my friends for spring break when we were skiing at Copper mountain. It was only 15-20m from the ski area, 2 minutes from a target, and had a big wonderful balcony we hung out on! I would definitely recommend this condo to younger people as there is 3 flights of stairs with no elevator so although that was a bit of a surprise…we thought of it as a good workout! I would definitely stay here again, and so should you!!

The perfect crash pad with access to everything

This condo was absolutely impeccable. Reading the issues that another reviewer had made me wonder if we were in the same place. Feels brand new, spotless, and comfortable. The only issue we had was getting in, as the keypad is confusing, but the hosts and owners were on it and quick with a solution. There is a lot of road noise and construction, but Silverthorne is a busy little place and if you want to have new and updated, it comes with that right now. You can go up in the hills for quiet, but not as nice accommodations! It was great for us.

Several issues

1 - please give accurate instructions on how to enter - especially since the number to call if you are having issues entering answers only with a recording and no one calls back. It is the 4 digits FOLLOWED by the check mark key- why wouldn’t you include that necessary bit of into. 2 - balcony door was about 8” open on arrival - I am to shut and lock doors but you don’t? 3 - moved cutting board - could pick up amount of food under with your hands there was so much - counter by coffee machine was gritty with salt? and coffee grounds. Also large pieces of food between floor mats and cabinets in kitchen- sorry but I draw the line at wiping up floors for you. 4 - popcorn prices on floor by tv - when took a damp paper towel to wipe up it was totally black - when were floors last washed up???p 5 - lamp alarm in living room went off first morning - no instructions on how to use - had to unplug to stop 6 - washer - opened detergent drawer - liquid bleach dispenser was to top in water and powered detergent - had to empty with spoon and paper towels -had to run a couple of short cycles before it finally cleared out and drained out by itself - this is totally unacceptable. 7 - do not give me a list of housekeeping to do when you aren’t doing yours. 8 - when was the last time the windows were cleaned? 9 - deck chairs were filthy -armrest had sticky residue soap would not get off 10 might have mention the construction on both sides - woke to backup beepers every morning at 7
