Welcome to our beautiful beach side home located in "old Halls Head" , in a quiet area. It is ideally situated close to the beach (4 min walk) to enjoy swimming, fishing and all other aquatic activities to create the perfect family getaway.
Enjoy the serene sunsets also from the rear upstairs balcony or stroll down to the beach which is only 350mtrs away (4 min WALK).

Our home is ideally suited to families with kids young and old. you can lounge by our gorgeous sparkling sapphire pool or enjoy many of the other amenities our homes offers.

Endless family friendly activities to keep you entertained during your stay, including but not limited to:
o Upstairs AND downstairs living rooms TVs with surround sound systems and Google chromecast
o Gas BBQ in undercover patio area.
o Indoor or outdoor dining for family meals
o Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets on the upstairs balcony.
o Games and puzzles for family fun.
o Harman and Kardon portable blue tooth speaker.

House facilities for your comfort and safety:
o Upstairs master bedroom with walk in robe, and ensuite with spa bath, separate shower and vanity
o Upstairs Separate half bathroom with toilet and sink
o Downstairs bathroom with separate bathtub, shower and vanity
o Separate toilet
o Open plan fully functional kitchen
o All bedrooms and living areas with split system heating and cooling
o Instantaneous hot water system
o Free WIFI

Bedding configuration is as follows:
Master bedroom (upstairs) KB with ensuite.
Bed #2 (Downstairs) Queen Bed and built in robe.
Bed #3 (Downstairs) Queen Bed and built in robe.
Bed #4 (Downstairs) Queen Bed
additional (upstairs) bunk beds .
All linen is included, except top sheets.
All bedromms have and split system airconditioners.

The property is for use of booked guests only.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS OR SCHOOLIES.
PETS - House is pet friendly. Your beloved pet (Dog only) is allowed, but a $75 fee will be charged. Your pet will need to remain downstairs, and not allowed on furniture. If additional cleaning is required to remove odours and/or stains, cost will be deducted from the bond.

Please Note:
* The price quoted allows up to 6 adults. Additional guests attract $30 per person per night.
* A cleaning fee applies.
* Minimum 2 night stays are required.
Easter stay min 3 night, min 5 night stays for Christmas &
New Years. During off peak season 1 night stay maybe permitted. Please enquire.

We had a great time staying here. My parents were visiting from Scotland and it was the perfect little get away with them and the kids. Great pool, nice and close to the beach and walking distance to one of the giants.We will definitely be back!

Girls getaway

The property was very well looked after. Phil the host was super. Very helpful and really looked out for us.The house feels like home, was clean and we had a really good time.After checking out we noticed a few missing items and they got delivered the next day.that's what we call super service.We will be back.

Our staycation that is truly memorable and unforgettable

First of all I want to thank Phil for being the best host that I've encountered. He is very responsive and accommodating. He also got a surprised for my son's birthday, such a thoughtful and very considerate host indeed. The place is superb, even my family and friends loved it. The location is very close to the beach and shopping center which is very convenient. The house is fully equipped with all the things we need. The pool is so nice at night. And ofcourse the spa bath is truly relaxing and my son loves it so much. It it such a wonderful stay and we'll definitely want to come back soon.

Ambience, Location 🙌

This is our 2nd stay at this amazing beach house. A homely warming house, very well laid out. Plenty of room for all ages to relax and unwind. All amenities and a short stroll to the beach.

Weekend Getaway

Brilliant from the moment we arrived till we left. Anything you could wish for was provided. Thanks for having us and our puppy who was disappointed to be leaving. Would love to spend a week during summer so we could use the pool as weren’t courageous enough during the rain but spa was beautiful instead. Thanks again. Grant, Kirsty and Smokey

Great family getaway

Such a great house with lots of space to spread out and amazingly well equipped. Pool was amazing, beds so comfortable and location perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic, family home in an excellent quiet central location. Most of the the conveniences such as shopping centre, bars, beaches, within a 5 min drive. Beach only 4 min walk.
