Whilst downstairs is the third bedroom (with a double bed & a single bed) & ensuite. Downstairs also has an area to fully secure your fishing gear & mountain bikes. There' s a five bike rack & some tools for minor repairs in here, as well. And the piece de-resistance downstairs is the games room! Yes you read correctly, a GAMES room. Complete with ping pong table, air hockey table, lounge & another tv.

Outside there is a fire pit, in the garden, which takes in the view over Georges Bay. It's the perfect spot to catch up with each other on your day's activities. Plus there is a walkway to the beach from here!
