*Amazing Ocean Views of Monterey Bay beyond the gorgeous lawns & fountains that greet you off of the patio of this beautiful Seascape Resort fully remodeled Luxury Spa Suite. Spend your days playing on the beach & evenings soaking in your in-room spa tub with a fireplace flickering in the background. Leave the slider open & listen to the frogs sing! Allergy friendly practices in place to make your stay even more enjoyable! **ATTENTION: Ongoing Balcony Project-See Other Things To Note!!!



The Space:

This oversized Seascape Beach Resort luxury suite offers a king bed and in room large jetted jacuzzi tub. Kitchenette fully stocked to include a drip coffee pot, toaster, Nutri-bullet, mini fridge, microwave with convection oven feature, stove top and dishwasher. Table seating for two, large tv with basic cable & roku-streaming access and gas burning fireplace complete the romantic ambience this suite has to offer. Large closet and huge separate bathroom to include a big walk-in shower, with a built-in water filter, and sink with ample counter space. This in-room spa unit utilizes fragrance and chemical free cleaning practices and products for those who are sensitive to allergies, including surfaces, linens and soaps. Air Purifier built into the unit to keep dust and pollen down so you can enjoy a symptom free get away. Fragrance Free and Allergy Friendly unit.

The first-floor private patio includes two lounge chairs, patio set for two. It is open to the well manicured lawn and twin ponds with fountains-here you will find the frogs that sing at night. Leave your slider open to experience your real-life sound machine! On either side of the ponds, you have the sea cliff walking path with benches available to take in the sunrise & the sunset over the bluffs, beach and ocean just below. The views are AMAZING! Just across the parking lot you have access to the walking path that leads you down to the beach. Here you will delight all the senses-in the morning guests have walked alongside deer, playful rabbits listening to the babbling water running alongside the path and the birds chirping along with the wind blowing through the trees above! All of this leading you to the beach where you will find seashells and driftwood in the sand with logs to sit on and watch the waves! ATTENTION: Upcoming Balcony Project Scheduled for 10/20-12/15. See other things to note for details and possible disruptions during bookings at these times.



Guest Access:

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.



FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand-its one of the few beaches in California that this is allowed). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.

Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).



Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.

The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.

On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, the North Bluff pool and spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).

Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.

The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Seascape provides everything to make your Santa Cruz lodging experience memorable, including a host of resort options and both free and paid amenities. It all adds up to being one of the best Monterey Bay resort destinations you'll experience.



Getting Around:

Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.

All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.

NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.

The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.

The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.

Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).



*****ATTENTION: There is a balcony repair/replacement project currently underway and will likely continue through 12/30. This unit is on the ground floor and will only have brief construction on the patio to replace the separating pony wall however, balconies surrounding the unit will be under construction and workers may be staging and working from this patio during business hours M-F 9am-5pm. There may be construction noise during working hours and access to the patio may not be available. At minimum items will be cleared each day to allow for the sunset views. We have reduced the pricing for stays during this time to offset any inconvenience.******



On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

This suite is beautiful and absolutely pristine as far as cleanliness. Wonderful amenities in the room like a full coffee bar and robes and a beautiful property with walking paths, multiple pools and beautiful landscaping. Highly recommend! There is a small path right from the patio to walk to the ocean views!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We enjoyed the room very much. The stay was relaxing, the view was gorgeous, and the room was perfect. We even had a chorus of frogs singing us to sleep.

Overall the room was okay. Things would be a lot better if the host would answer her phone or call us back. I tried 3 different times to contact her, and could not. The bed is missing the center support, and sleep has been challenging, the bed feels broken. The fireplace. If it wasn’t for the fact that you could feel the heat coming from it, you wouldn’t know that it was on. Not very romantic. I am very disappointed in the host…

Beach escape

This was a beautiful clean property! Extremely close to the beach! We loved the in room jacuzzi! We will definitely come again! Just for the owner some tips we would like to see would be extra towels! There was only one pool towel and two bath towels! Also to have a large bowl to place salads in! Also a map of the seascape property would be useful! Thank you so much! We will be back!!

Exactly what we needed for our mini vacay

My spouse and I stayed a couple nights to enjoy bbq and bonfire with friends at the beach. The property was exactly as advertised, check-in very simple, and the room was clean and comfortable. The fridge and small kitchen were great for picnic food prep and storage. The hot tub was a nice touch to wash all that sand off after a day at the beach. And we really loved the ceiling fan that kept us cool while we slept. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again. Please note that this is not the property to rent if you are expecting full service similar to what resort patrons get. If you're like us and see the self-serve check-in and minimal human contact from the hosts as a feature, this is the perfect place to rest between beach visits and prep food for the next day's cookout. Book it now!

This unit was very nice and cozy. The small updated kitchen was perfect for a short trip with a roomy fridge and a small stove. The spa tub is large and very comfortable. The only things I would mention are maybe more towels or a couple of bath mats for the shower and outside the tub would be nice. The landscaping work in the mornings can be loud and they start early, but this is something with the whole property and nothing to do with the specific unit. Restaurants, small shops, coffee, and the beach are all walking distance. I didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole time. Entry was very convenient with a key coded lock and access to the rest of the resort is very convenient. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful location in Seascape

My wife, son and I stayed here for my birthday. Seascape has always brought happy memories. Condo was very clean, beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Location was just down the path from the pool and a short walk down to the beach. Jacuzzi tub worked very well and was a nice treat. Fireplace kept the mornings warm and added a nice atmosphere. Only complaints were the rear screen needs to be replaced as it is rusty and frequently comes off track. Very minimal mold in the bathroom likely from a lack of exhaust fan. Despite these minor issues the place was beautiful and a real treat to stay in. Our family will likely stay here again and make beautiful memories.

Awful experience

Power West Properties and Seascape do not communicate at all and the issue is: the customer is the one that suffers. Because we did not book directly with Seascape Resort, we were not on their "list" and could not enjoy the benefits of staying at the resort. Horrible experience for what I paid. The room was FILTHY, the screen was broken, phone didn't work, supplies were extremely limited. When we contacted Power West, they sent someone to the grocery store and brought us a bottle of 3 in 1 men's body wash. I asked for the dispensers to be filled in the bathroom for my wife. You can't get towels, you have to bring your own wood for a fire on the beach??? Do NO book through Power West or go to Seascape
