This place is an absolute gem. Great location centralized at the base of the Black Hills. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to use the Community clubhouse for a big family barbecue. The owner was very communicative and very easy to work with. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times. We come back every 2 to 4 years for family reunions and will be booking this house again.

Thank you for such a wonderful review. We're so glad the location at the base of the Black Hills was a hit and that the clubhouse worked out perfectly for your family barbecue. It means a lot to know communication was smooth and that this house has become part of your family reunion tradition. Hearing that you'd recommend it 10 out of 10 times truly makes our day, and we're thrilled to have been part of your gatherings.

This is a great property! We stayed there 2 years in a row now for the college rodeo and its perfect for 5 couples, love the number of bathrooms to bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area for a group to hang out. Clean and very well kept landscaping between the houses. Plenty of parking on 3 sides of the lot, easy walk to downtown area. We loved this property and would gladly rent it again if we needed to stay in the area.

The home was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of nine which included three generations. The kids and grandkids loved having their own hangout space upstairs and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for us. The check-in had a small glitch with our code not working, but Lainey was able to get us in very quickly. Everything was very carefully planned in this vacation home and we had all we needed! We would definitely come back to the wonderful town if Spearfish! So many great restaurants in the area and everyone was so friendly and helpful. My only recommendation for this little community is that with your new rules of no smoking, post lots of signs to let people know. We had neighbors smoking cigars in the community area that prevented us from enjoying our front porch in the evenings.

From the owner: "Hi Jamie, I am glad we were able to accommodate your early check-in needs and that you enjoyed the outdoor space! We're also glad you enjoyed the location of our condo; it's one of its biggest perks! The right vacation home is everything, and so I am sorry you found the downstairs living/dining area too small for your group of 11 people. The area does accommodate 10 people at the table, 4 people at the bar, and 5 people in the living area, not to mention the upstairs area accommodates 12 people easily. The listing photos aim to give a clear picture of the home's layout so guests have the ability to choose the best fit for their stay. Have a great summer!"

Lovely place to stay

Our quick stay was wonderful. It was literally like a home away from home for our group. We unfortunately were in town for a funeral and the home was very comfy for 5 adults and a toddler. The property was clean, inviting and one of the best vrbo’s we have ever stayed in. Our communication with the owners was easy and appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to stay in Spearfish and hope to stay again soon.
