Stairs lead from the upper patio to the boat house and deck. The deck also has space for play with an outdoor cornhole set and of course unimpeded access to the water.

Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and direct outdoor access.
Bedroom #6 is located in the guest house which has a studio layout. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest house also has a kitchenette including mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, and microwave. An indoor dining table seats 4, and the guest house also has its own outdoor dining table with seating for 5.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-No Pets Allowed, No Exceptions.
-The home has 2 additional shared bathrooms with walk-in showers.
-Bedrooms 3/4/5 do have doors separating each bedroom, however, to access each of these bedrooms as well as the game room are connecting, and guests do have to walk through each bedroom to get to the next bedroom & game room.
-Parking space is provided in the driveway.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-The boat dock is available for guest use and hold either a pontoon or a V drive boat. There are also 2 jet ski lifts available for guest use. Public boat launch at Kingsland Community Park.
-Construction in the neighborhood may cause noise during the daytime hours.
