ウォーターフロント、素晴らしい景色、夕日、そしてリラクゼーション - *新しいゲームとメディアルーム*

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you found the home clean and tidy and that the extra towels were helpful during your stay. It's wonderful to know your family enjoyed the game room and theater—those are some of our favorite amenities as well! We truly appreciate your constructive feedback. We're sorry to hear the living room couches were difficult for your elderly parents to use, and we'll be evaluating them to determine whether it's time for replacement or additional support. We're also sorry you experienced an issue with the TVs on your first evening. Since we weren't contacted during your stay, we weren't aware there was a problem or that the internet had become unplugged. We would have been happy to help troubleshoot or resolve it right away so you could enjoy the TVs from the start of your stay. Regarding the outdoor areas, thank you for bringing the spider webs and deck cleanliness to our attention. Being on the waterfront, spiders can build webs very quickly, especially during the warmer months. That said, we agree the decks and railings should be clean and welcoming upon arrival, and we've shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can give these areas extra attention before each guest checks in. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future.
