Large home that is a entertainers delight. Built in webber for summer BBQ and great outdoor living. Private and secluded Outlook which makes you instantly relax.

Open plan living with lots of natural light and big open doors looking out onto natural planting.

5 spacious rooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The rooms are all tucked away from the living spaces, so nice and quiet.

A 15min walk to the beach or a 3min drive or about a 8min bike ride. The local shops with restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets all within a 5-10min walk.

A park across the road and the house is next to the waterways track which is great for walking or biking.

A place to relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery.

Great Stay! Recommended!

Great property located in a nice part of Papamoa. Close to shops. House is modern, clean and comfortable for families/groups with many activities for kids to enjoy. The park behind is also an added bonus! Outdoor area is very well setup. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place

Stayed at this property for a weekend getaway and it was everything and more. The pictures don't do this place justice! It was very spacious and had so much natural light, we were all very impressed. Place was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. The property manager was also very helpful and continued to check on us (there was flooding and sever storm warnings). The house was equipped with everything we needed. We utilized the BBQ and the outdoor area, which was great. It poured the entire time we were there and the house had an ample supply of towels, very handy. Netflix came in clutch because we literally spent our nights due to the bad weather. We loved our stay here and the property manager was great. Would definitely stay here again!
