This is a large property with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has 3 separate living areas . It's 15 minutes to the Gold Coast theme parks like dreamworld and 30minutes to Brisbane City or the Airport a huge variety of destinations within 30minutes or everything you need within a couple of minutes from the house. Local favorites like kfc , Mcdonalds, Carls Jnr kebabs zaraffas boost, just across the road within a few minutes walk . Two Great Public Parks and running tracks beside the river across the road from the house. Boat ramp, fishing , kayak launch, swings , free gas BBQs , local shops and takeaway within a couple of minutes.
Two major shopping Centre's within 6 minutes e.g. the Logan Hyperdome. Want to see the Gold Coast theme parks a 15 to 30 minute drive from the house depending on which one or Brisbane City attractions or Brisbane Domestic and International Airports 30 minutes in the other direction. Easy access to the freeway means your on your way quickly. The property can sleep up to 15 people counting double beds as 2 . The number of beds 9 is a mixture of double and queen beds one single. This is a good midway point if you want to see Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Or head to the hinterlands to see Tambourine Mountain , Oreillys rainforest, Purlingbrook Waterfalls, Springbrook Mountain all under an hour trip.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortably accommodated our group of 15 people (8 adults and 7 kids), which was exactly what we needed. The layout worked well for a large family, and everything required for our stay was provided.We arrived in Brisbane earlier than expected and asked about an early check-in—Paul was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.The location was excellent, very close to the motorway with easy access, making getting around simple and convenient. Overall, the accessibility and setup were spot on.We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

The Perfect House for Families

A great house with plenty of space for two families and room left over to relax and unwind. Located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, it provides the perfect location to get out and enjoy theme parks, beaches, and the GC hinterland. Our host was fantastic and kept in regular communication throughout the process. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice property

Was perfect place to stay for visiting family in the Beenleigh area. Close to the Gold Coast and great attractions. The owner was extremely responsive during a late nigh power outage. That was much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious house

Very large house with all we needed, however when we checked in, the house was not cleaned, 2 beds were not made, sink was clogged. No toilet tissues.Then next day cleaner came and apologised as she was confused with check in date. The hot system stopped working on the 2nd day, tried to reach out to properly manager via mobile, couldn’t get through, then he responded to email to advise the location of trip board. The house is perfect for large families, will come back again

Best place for big group

This house was perfect for us as a group of 4 families. We had enough rooms. The place was clean and had all amenities we needed. The location was great as well, most of the shops were 5 mins drive away. Highly recommended

A large property which is in fact two properties, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs with separate entrances. Very good kitchen upstairs which has a much bigger and better living area. Was clean and with a reasonable amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. Bedrooms upstairs had no wardrobes or hanging space. A bit isolated although only about 5 minutes drive to clubs and shops.

3 married children in NSW - 3 married children in Qld. We all come up once a year, they all come down once a year…. Plenty of room in this spacious property, wonderful to have a clean & beautiful home to accommodate us while visiting. 😊

Great, clean & spacious holiday house

Conveniently located between Gold Coast and Brisbane and close to all the amusement parks. It was the perfect place for our large group of 7 adults and 7 kids. Stayed there 9 nights from 28th Dec to 6th Jan. Very clean and spacious. The host is very responsive to queries and very helpful. 15 people can comfortably sleep in beds (no sofa beds). We would love to go back there in our future holidays.
