Accommodating stay

We enjoyed our stay! There were a few things we needed at different times and our host accommodated us very quickly. The location was easy to access and the pool was very nice. We liked that all the rooms had fans and the complimentary laundry detergent The bunk beds are more accommodating for younger children, but overall the bed availability was great!

Enjoyed our stay

Over all we had a nice stay here. The house way clean and kept up with. The pool was nice and clean and they had toys and floats available to use. We also really enjoyed the patio area. We spent a lot of time hanging by the pool. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing communication

Very responsive host! Lovely home with a great outdoor pool/patio area. Wish there was a grill but not a dealbreaker by any means. Outside bathroom, fire table and covered patio were amazing! Full sized toiletries provided! 3 full bathrooms and lots of TVs. Large bedrooms with reasonably comfortable beds. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Great!

Accidentally locked ourselves out the first night there, wish there had bn a spare key hidden outside or the lock that shdnt hv bn used removed. Nice evening to wait tho! After that, all was well!

Spring training

We were in the area while travelling around for baseball spring training .House was easy to find , in a quietish neighborhood .Accommodations were great . Outdoor space was really nice !Only thing is mattress in bunk room were alittle uncomfortable .

Long Weekend Stay

Place was nice and suited our needs. We couldn't lock the back sliding door and the gas fire pit had an empty tank when went to use it. Both were resolved the following day, but should not have been an issue to start with.

Great house for the family

Great location! Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of house and yard space. Pool was nice and clean. Appreciate being able to use the laundry machines. Great location near the grocery, restaurants, and the beach. Would def. Stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Property itself was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean. Pros: Location, pool and fenced in yard Cons: back slider doesn’t lock and one bathroom doesn’t have hot water which wasn’t identified until the check in instructions were sent. Upon arrival our door code also did not work, so I had to contact the property management for a temp passcode. No one ever called back to provide a new one as they had indicated.

Great stay- would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard/patio/pool space was great for us. Close to anything you could need while on your stay (Target, Starbucks, Walmarts, Publix, etc) There are a couple playgrounds nearby if you have little ones. Multiple public beaches about 15 mins away.

Property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for us and layout was great for our three little ones. House was very clean. Location was perfect. Central hub for everything we needed. Recommend the pizza in the strip mall right in front of the house and coffee shop across the street. Thanks for helping to making our quick weekend retreat stress free!

Clean, peaceful, inviting, well maintained and relaxing! This is a keeper on your list for a wonderful respite! The owner was very informative with help in finding restaurants, shopping and “to do” venues! A must stay in our future trips out of the winter months up north.

Family Event

The house was perfect for our needs and it had all we needed. Location was close to the events we had to go, and in addition, it has a Publix within a walking distance as well as other stores ... it is a block away from US Highway 1.

Fun

Had a great time. House is as described. Pool was great and we sat on patio and swam and had a wonderful time with family. House was clean and very functional and we really enjoyed ourselves. Could walk for groceries and food so that was convenient too. The deck needs some work but we loved our stay and we’re safe and comfortable and it was easy to keep clean. Plenty of space for three couples.

Property has great location to everything

Property is great location for all attractions, restaurants and beaches. We were greeted with a welcome basket and it was well stocked. The kitchen has new appliances and bathrooms had soap, conditioner and shampoo. Our main concern was condition of deck around pool with our infant granddaughter. Upon closer review you can see the condition of the deck.

Super Comfy

The pictures don’t do the inside of this place justice. We were so relaxed from the time we walked in the door to a great welcome basket waiting for us. Had a few concerns but they immediately addressed everything and sent an amazing team to quickly rectify our issues. Everything is within walking distance or a short distance of driving. No place is perfect but we certainly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again if we are in the area. Kudos to management for checking on us to make sure that everything was fine throughout our stay.
