This 26th floor apartment located in the Peninsula Apartments complex offers stunning day and night views of the Gold Coast coastline. Conveniently located close to the beach and all restaurants and shops will ensure your holiday in Surfers Paradise is memorable for years to come. Sleeps 4 on beds with a 5th guest slept on a rollaway bed at additional cost

This apartment offers:
Large open plan living, carpet in bedrooms/living room & tiled throughout the remaining, air conditioning in the living area, ocean views from nearly all rooms
Large balcony offers amazing North East ocean views, with outdoor setting
Well appointed fully equipped kitchen with appliances for all of your cooking needs.
2 excellent sized bedrooms master with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, ceiling fan & flat screen TV
Second bedroom with 2 single beds, ceiling fan and ocean views
There is a separate main bathroom with a large double shower, sperate bathtub plus laundry including washing machine and clothes dryer for your use
This apartment is fully furnished including separate entrance foyer and air conditioning throughout living/bedrooms
1 complimentary undercover secure allocated parking space for the duration of your stay!
1 Rollaway Bed is available on request at time of booking, for a 5th guest (small additional fee applies).
The games room is located on basement lower level, use your fob for access
The Peninsula Apartment complex has three pools (one indoor & one outdoor are heated), sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, children’s play area and BBQs. The location is particularly quiet. It is ideally located only 50m from the patrolled beach, 200m to Cavill Mall, (Surfers Paradise shops and restaurants) and 50m to the light rail station which provides a short eight minute ride to The Star Gold Coast Casino, Convention Centre and the iconic Pacific Fair shopping complex with over 400 shops.
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
All bathroom & kitchen towels are provided along with all bed linen

The Neighborhood:
Known as Australia’s ‘Theme Park Capital’ the Gold Coast is the perfect place to holiday with the kids. Be exhilarated on stomach-dropping rides at Dreamworld and enjoy the character parade at Movie World. Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.
Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis/Ubers are also close by and readily available.

The apartments are conveniently located across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach, and only a few minutes walk away from the iconic Cavill Mall with numerous shops and restaurants in the area.
Families and couples will enjoy the gardens and the choice of the onsite pools.
Enjoy the 3 swimming pools while the kids have fun in the children's wading pool and the playground area. For a more relaxing approach, soak in the heated spa and finish off with a visit to the sauna or prepare a poolside barbecue to entertain the whole family.
Test your fitness and enjoy a hit of tennis on the full or half size tennis courts or simply do some workout in our gym.
In the evening, enjoy a meal at Fables Restaurant, a favorite with Surfers Paradise locals for decades or choose from plenty of dining and entertainment options just 600 metres away.
