I've stayed at the Bluff House several times over the past years and it is always excellent. Shelley's attention to detail is amazing, the view from her property is amazing, and we always enjoy our stay and are anxious to return!

My 2 friends and I have stayed here several times. The breakfast foods are appreciated as is the bottle of wine. The house is conveniently located especially if attending the Lyceum theater. It's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Shelly was quick to respond and very helpful. All the utensils pot and pans needed for fixing meals were on hand. The place was clean and inviting allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together.

Such a perfect spot for attending a family wedding literally next door. The view is spectacular, the rooms cozy and clean, the bathroom sparkles, and the whole space is welcoming. The host left nothing to be desired. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice clean place to stay for the two of us but would work well for a family. Rochport has a bicycle shop cafe for great breakfast and the General Store is better evening food than KC.

We loved this place! The view was fabulous. The location relative to everything we wanted to do was perfect. The setup was outstanding and rustic. Even a cute little groundhog around at times.. Visit the bench off the the bluffs and watch the world go by!

I’ve stayed at places for over 30 years, and the Rocheport Bluff House was in my top 3! It was a perfect getaway for me and my bestie. We stayed a couple of weeks ago when the temps were in the teens, but we were so warm and cozy in Shelley’s home. When we checked in, she had a fire going for us, and we appreciated that so much! We were pretty much couch potatoes most of the time because of the extreme low temps. But we kept fires going and snuggled up in blankets. Everything we needed was provided, and more. The view of the Missouri River was the icing on the cake. We chose our bedrooms so we could see the river every morning when we woke up. The last day we were there was the warmest day of our trip, but we did walk down to the bench and watched the river. The sunsets from the patio are amazing. This is a spacious place, with plenty of room. We will be back, and may bring our husbands this time.

As usual our stay was lovely. The covered patio is great for morning coffee and evening wine (weather permitting). We enjoyed the muffins, bagels, eggs, fruit, and coffee/tea Shelley provides. Comfortable seating in the living room.One of our favorite rental homes!! We will definitely return.One minor suggestion - the bedroom with the twin beds could use a couple of hooks to hang clothes.

Beautiful views of the Missouri River

Lovely, private, well priced B&B near Rocheport, MO. The outdoor spaces and view were more than expected. The indoor spaces were spacious and comfortable. And the added breakfast foods a bonus...highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the Rocheport/Boonville area.

I am a stay at home Mom who loves taking care of people. We have a gorgeous location overlooking the Missouri River! Also, I have collected Antiques forever and love hosting our Bed and Breakfast !

This is a great place to stay for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and a cozy beautiful home to stay in. We are next door to the Winery and one mile from the fun in Rocheport. We have bikes, a hammock and a great fire pit for outside fun.
Also inside we have a giant fireplace comfy surroundings all the things you would need on a cold winter day!
