Take the fishing rods or the beach toys along with the beach cart and esky(supplied at the house) for a family picnic or some beach fun or maybe a spot of fishing at the local jetty or beach. When you arrive home there is a outside shower room off the pergola to wash any sand or dirt off,and don’t worry there’s Plenty or room for Dads toys (Boat,JetSki or golf cart )with ample room to turn around and park in the adjoining back yard.
