The Mook is a modern styled home perfect for your beach getaway. The property features four spacious bedrooms, open plan living and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and great sized fridge. This cozy beach home has everything you need to get a feel for the Mollymook lifestyle while enjoying time with your family and friends. Within a few minutes walk you can either be at the famous Mollymook Golf Club, playing nine holes on the Beachside Golf Course, dining at one of the fantastic cafes or restaurants, or lazing on the white sands of Mollymook beach.

This property is well designed for all year round with the outdoor entertaining area set up perfectly for that summer ocean breeze or vibrant winter sun. Enjoy the electric fireplace for those cozy days at home or for those warmer days open the windows and doors and welcome the delightful breeze to cool the place down.

Accommodating up to 8 guests (plus you fur babies are welcome too) The Mook is the perfect launchpad to discover the wonders of the region, and your effortlessly coastal home-base after days filled with sun-kissed adventures. Location is perfect - less than 5 minutes drive to Narrawallee Beach or to the historical towns of Milton or Ulladulla and an easy minutes' walk into the famous Mollymook area with it's stunning beaches, cafe's and trendy clubs.

This home is perfect for family holidays to the South Coast, couples retreats or getaways with friends. With a large backyard and a detached games room including movies, books and a pool table this home is exactly what you are looking for to accommodate you for your next adventure!

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry (including toilet paper) items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Bella Coastal Holidays has a strict No Party Policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
