Palm Beach Hotel Condominium is a true Historic Landmark. This vintage style 1 bedroom apartment (455 square foot) features a king size bed, separate living room and fully equipped kitchenette. The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.
The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.
A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.
Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.
Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.
Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.
Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.
Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

If you are looking for a relaxing, condo-hotel style vacation experience, The Palm Beach Hotel is your answer. You can enjoy this large (455s.f.), bright and sunny one-bedroom corner condo featuring a king-size bed, custom kitchenette with granite counters, hardwood floors, three closets and sleep sofa. This non-smoking, garden view unit is in the quietest corner of the building, away from the street and swimming pool noises and distractions. It comes with cable, DVD/VCR, WiFi, and FREE valet parking (7AM-midnight).
The Hotel features a grand lobby with comfortable seating areas, a welcoming
mezzanine/library with accommodations for tabletop games and reading, a covered loggia on the lower level and a heated courtyard pool.
Shops within the Hotel provide a variety of services, including a barber shop, beauty salon, florist, French bakery and much, much more. Restaurants within walking distance abound as well as island shopping and historical destinations.
We are one block to the Atlantic Ocean and one block from the inter-coastal waterway with a bike and walking trail. Within walking distance are many fine restaurants, the Flagler Museum, The Breakers Hotel, the Cloisters at Bethesda by the Sea, the Society of the Four Arts as well as churches and synagogues. Internationally famous Worth Avenue provides a shopper’s paradise, and golfer’s delight at the many fine courses, including the recently renovated Palm Beach Par 3 with its magnificent views of the ocean. Cruise the
island by car or bike to see fabulous mansions and estates, or just sit on the
