A spacious basement suite and we share one entrance. It's a quiet and peace space. The whole basement is only for guests, which has everything you need and we share the big kitchen in upper level with guests.

Sadly lacking

Lack of privacy, has to ask for dishes, coffee. No tv! No hydro in the bathroom. No decent mirror in the bedroom. No place to hang clothes! No ironing board. No breakfast - big part of a bnb. No lock on bathroom. Door code didn’t work initially

Upset

Walked into our VRBO & walk down stairs everything was open no counter or sink for kitchen couldn’t get the projector that is used for a tv to work no instructions beds not that clean plus the place was freezing cold & didn’t know how to work the heater bathroom had the smallest sink no place to put your toiletries all around dissatisfied but they did refund our monies so that was a plus

Very little privacy, but very nice.

The space is nicely decorated and very clean. The layout is also lovely. The description does say that you share the same entrance, however I didn’t realize that meant the space has no door at all. So your living area is open to the 6 stairs and landing that goes up into their home, so there is very little separation. Very little privacy and sound really travels. Joice and her family were very kind and we hardly ever saw or heard them. We didn’t really use the shared kitchen. The only thing I would mention is the basement was quite damp, could have been due to the rainfall this summer but It was damp enough that it was extremely cold and smelt a bit musty. But other than that it was lovey.

Beautiful!

Beautiful property, clean and quiet neighborhood just as seen in the pictures. Property owners was lovely and made sure we were comfortable. It a place i will stay again if i have opportunity to do so .
