Great location close to everything

The location of the house is great. It is a gated community with 2 large pools, tennis and volleyball courts. The house could use a bit of updating but over all is in a good shape.

We loved the house, weather, beach, restaurants, etc. The pool was great as we heated it prior to our visit and used it daily except the last day when there was a power outage and heater went off.

Holiday villa

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa it had everything we needed including very comfortable furniture in the living area and a beautiful view of the lake. We are hoping to stay here again next year.

Lovely property but do not book as Vacasa are shockingly bad

The property location and house are lovely but I would advise against booking this holiday let as Vacasa, the managment company are awful. We had an issue with access on arrival. Phoned 3 times, each time being given a different code, none of which worked. We sent multiple emails and got stock responses. After 10 days we got a call back. The company’s waste contractor also damaged our hire car and drove off. We immediately reported and Vacasa refused to give us insurance details. Again we were promised a call back and one never came. We are home and they are ignoring messages and contact as we still need the information to pass on to the rental car company.

Gorgeous Briarwood

Beautiful neighborhood and a well built house that our family enjoyed for 3 weeks. Fishing gear, beach toys, and even golf clubs in the garage had us set up for as much fun as we could handle! Very nice open home with very high ceilings and a lovely layout, lanai access from kitchen and master, etc. Clean nice bed linens, and a beautiful new-looking bedroom set in the master. Could have used some more beach towels for the # of people that are supposed to accommodate, and some were tattered. At times it "felt like a rental" with dull kitchen knives or older/damaged cookware. One roll of paper towels was provided for a 3 bedroom home for 3 weeks, and no broom. Some mold/mildew in the bathrooms that could probably be deep-cleaned away pretty easily. These little things left a weird taste in our mouth from an otherwise very nice house. Interacting with management was a bit odd. We requested a broom via VRBO, which sends our message to a helpdesk in Oregon where Vacasa is headquartered. But there's some kind of disconnect there. After a week of a generic reply we got in touch with the local manager Christine who stopped by the same day to drop one off. She was very sweet and it was nice chatting with her. Pool was great and in January were glad we opted for the heat. Heated up and held heat nicely.

Loved the house - clean & comfy. Disappointed in the heating of the pool. It was not consistently warm. Maybe it's on a timer? It was warm in the afternoons, but all other times were not dependable.

Fun house with nice view pool

This home has a view of Naples airport, which is interesting and not very noisy. The planes were actually fun to watch.. The view from pool area is of very well kept homes with nice landscaping. The sunsets over a little lake behind the home and lots of Florida birds visit the area.. We would return. The area is well gated and and very well cared for. A Very nice neighborhood.

Very clean cozy house equipped with everything you need. Amazing view from the pool area. Our family of 4 enjoyed it for spring break. 12 min drive to the beautiful Lowdermilk beach. We’ll come back for sure.

Great Family Stay

The house was the perfect size. Having a pool provided just the right entertainment after e-learning day for our son. The kitchen equipment could use some upgrades since most meals are cooked in for this family. Knives and silverware in particular. Otherwise a very comfortable stay and close to shopping for supplies.

Good break from the cold. Responsive team

The property has many positives. The pool was lovely. We paid the additional money for heating. While it wasn’t cheap, they didn’t skimp on the heat. It was beautifully warm. The master was nicely appointed and the house was very clean. The provisions provided were basic but fine. We had an issue with the outdoor grill while there and the management team could not have been better. So responsive.

We are generally very satisfied with the house. Good location, secured residential area, spacious, good layout, well equipped, extra accessories for the beach, nice view, pool, etc. On the down side, it took longer than expected for the pool to reach a pleasant temperature.

Fantastic Find!

This condo had absolutely everything to make any vacation one of the best! The heated pool and condo location were tremendous pluses. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples and look forward to returning!
