Beautiful neighborhood and a well built house that our family enjoyed for 3 weeks. Fishing gear, beach toys, and even golf clubs in the garage had us set up for as much fun as we could handle!
Very nice open home with very high ceilings and a lovely layout, lanai access from kitchen and master, etc. Clean nice bed linens, and a beautiful new-looking bedroom set in the master. Could have used some more beach towels for the # of people that are supposed to accommodate, and some were tattered.
At times it "felt like a rental" with dull kitchen knives or older/damaged cookware. One roll of paper towels was provided for a 3 bedroom home for 3 weeks, and no broom. Some mold/mildew in the bathrooms that could probably be deep-cleaned away pretty easily. These little things left a weird taste in our mouth from an otherwise very nice house.
Interacting with management was a bit odd. We requested a broom via VRBO, which sends our message to a helpdesk in Oregon where Vacasa is headquartered. But there's some kind of disconnect there. After a week of a generic reply we got in touch with the local manager Christine who stopped by the same day to drop one off. She was very sweet and it was nice chatting with her.
Pool was great and in January were glad we opted for the heat. Heated up and held heat nicely.
