Wonderful Experience

Best experience I’ve had renting a vacation home. Owner greeted us on day one with a warm welcome. Booked this house for a family vacation. The amenities, location and close vicinity to the major attractions in DC was perfect. Felt safe and at home during the stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting DC. Everything you need to dell at home and prepare meals is provided.

The home was beautiful!! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very welcoming. The heat and lights were on when we arrived. He offered to bring us dinner when we arrived and gave us a late checkout. When we go back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay -- This home was absolutely perfect for our trip. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and fresh—you could tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. Everything smelled great the moment we walked in, which made us feel comfortable right away. The space is big! the chairs are welcoming.Our host was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and communication effortless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome gift of wine and snacks, which made us feel truly valued as guests.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for place to stay.

We had a large group of teens to visit colleges. Great house to accommodate all of us. Great location easy to drive to public transportation, we rented vehicles and used the metro rail. Second time staying there over spring break.

The house was great for a group stay! Very clean and well-furnished. Not too far from a metro station. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. That host was very easy to communicate with; very friendly and helpful when we needed it, and responded very quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this house and host and would absolutely choose to stay here again given the opportunity.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house has a really inviting feel and cozy atmosphere. The location is ideal for peace and quiet, yet close enough to get to any of the key tourists attractions in a timely manner. Residency Graduation

Our family of 12 (ages 6 to 65) stayed at this clean, large home to celebrate our son's graduation from residency. It was perfect for us. Host was very responsive to our needs. Kitchen was well stocked, kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the large outdoor deck. We would definitely stay there again.

Dream home

The house was amazing just as listed and the Communication was great. This was a family trip and the city was amazing. We had a family emergency that everyone couldn’t stay but those that did made the best of it. The house definitely served it’s purpose.

DC house

The house was great! The decor was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for my family and I to gather. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and provided all of the utensils needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The location of the house is perfect to get around the DMV area. The host was friendly and very accommodating to us.

The house is ideal for large families with four bedrooms next to each other in the upper floor. There are two more beds downstairs, next to the playroom which our kids loved and spend most of the time playing billiard. Family Loved the Place.

Stayed here to visit family and show our kids and parents downtown DC. The house is beautiful down to the mirrors in all the rooms. The location is convenient to get downtown if driving or a short drive to the Metro station. The owner showed us to the nearby grocery store and a good take-out spot for seafood and wings. Ephram the owner was quick to bring a replacement coffee maker when we told him a previous guest put coffee grinds in the water side of the coffee maker. Since our vehicle was too tall to park in the DC garages, he also showed us a good spot to park after 6:30 in DC for an afternoon walk. For 4 adults and 6 kids, the house had plenty of room for the family together time and space for the parents away from the kids in the game room. Will stay again if we are in the area again.

Above and beyond!

Highly recommend this home! Spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, fun game room and huge tv for kids downstairs, and very responsive hospitable host! Two families with four adults and six kids (ages 10 - 14) stayed for a week. Location was very convenient for sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood. Our families have been traveling together for years and we have stayed in many different rental homes. This DC home is one of the best! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect house for our group!

Love the house- awesome space for 12 people. Game room for teens was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Extra blankets would’ve been helpful. Only drawback for us is we planned to walk to the metro. Walking with families felt less secure. If we had planned with a rental car we would give everything 5 stars! Awesome host, very responsive, super helpful.

No better place to stay

This place was amazing. The pictures on this app are a true testament of what this house looks like. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space to live. The master bedroom was fit for a queen. The owner was wonderful, when asked he afforded an early check in and a late check out. He checked on us via text to make sure if we needed anything for the house. He also supplied dinner for us on of our nights. The neighborhood was quiet. The house resides in a nice colter sack of homes. There was ample parking at the house. The house is 10-12 minutes to get to downtown area. Due to the constant rain we did not get a chance to utilize the back decks.Lastly, the price was right for 5 days we stayed for our DST conference.

Fabulous experience

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. We visited from Oregon with nine teenagers to visit universities so we had a big group and we all had a great time. Zero issues with the house and host. The host was fabulous and very kind. I’d recommend renting a car because it will save you time and money. We felt safe in the neighborhood. As you venture out just be aware of your surroundings like any new place you visit. The home was in a fairly new neighborhood and was clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. I take teens on annual trips and I’ll definitely try to secure this house again. Fabulous experience and a fabulous home.
