The lounge room has expansive ocean windows with sliding door access to a large undercover outdoor deck hosting an outdoor dining table. The perfect spot for a relaxing evening drink.

The master bedroom contains a king bed, which fills the room on a raised floor. Ensuite features shower stall and large spa bath. The 2nd bedroom is light, airy and hosts a Queen bed. The third has two single bed sand also has views of the ocean. The family bathroom is modern and large which hosts both a bathtub and shower stall and separate toilet.

The Doncaster 3 is located at the sought-after position on top of the hill which is centrally located within walking distance to three beaches: Main, Convent and Pippi Beach.
