On the upper level, this home features a large open plan living area including a spacious kitchen with gas cooktop, pantry, coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery and sparkling wine on arrival. The combined living and dining areas provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy the cool sea breezes whilst taking in the view of Pippi Beach, watching a movie or reading one of the many books that have been provided for your enjoyment. The undercover balcony provides the best location to enjoy the view of the ocean. A Weber BBQ is available for your use.

The master bedroom is also on the upper level, and is equipped with ensuite bathroom, and a large walk in robe. Downstairs the two queen size bedrooms (one with ensuite), and two twin single bedrooms, are all equipped with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, blinds or shutters. This level also offers a good size family bathroom and separate toilet.

The lower level provides more space for the family to relax, in addition to four other bedrooms. The living area has comfortable sofas and a large armchair perfect to curl up with a good book, a second large flatscreen TV, plus plenty of dvd"s, books and magazines to keep you entertained. Sliding glass doors lead to the rear covered patio area and garden.

Double garage with remote control doors plus space for additional cars. There"s even a surfboard rack in the garage for storage.
