Beachfront at Malua is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.
Beachfront at Malua is the beach house from your childhood. Superbly located overlooking family friendly Garden Bay Beach you will never want to leave. The garden gate leads you directly onto the beach, making this house the perfect holiday house.
Inside there is a large comfortable lounge room with a beautiful deck to enjoy the views. A well kitted out open plan kitchen and separate dining also leads onto the deck and has gorgeous views.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning and a lovely gas log fire to snuggle up in front of on those blustery winter nights.
On the main level there is the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite (shower only). This level has a separate toilet. Downstairs are a further 2 bedrooms - one with 2 king single beds and the other with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and a laundry with a washing machine.
All linen is included in the cleaning price. Just bring your beach towels.
