Beachfront at Malua - Garden Bay Beach

Beachfront at Malua is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.

Beachfront at Malua is the beach house from your childhood. Superbly located overlooking family friendly Garden Bay Beach you will never want to leave. The garden gate leads you directly onto the beach, making this house the perfect holiday house.

Inside there is a large comfortable lounge room with a beautiful deck to enjoy the views. A well kitted out open plan kitchen and separate dining also leads onto the deck and has gorgeous views.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning and a lovely gas log fire to snuggle up in front of on those blustery winter nights.

On the main level there is the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite (shower only). This level has a separate toilet. Downstairs are a further 2 bedrooms - one with 2 king single beds and the other with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and a laundry with a washing machine.

All linen is included in the cleaning price. Just bring your beach towels.

A Great Xmas Break

Really well located in Garden Bay. We appreciated that the owners had set up a tree for Christmas. Place had kids stuff and we enjoyed flying a kite in the bay.

Fabulous stay

Such a beautiful stay in Malua Bay, all the amenities you need and great communications / ease of check in with property manager. Place is huge and right on the most beautiful beach, pics don’t do it justice. Don’t hesitate to book.

Lovely spot for a short getaway with some thoughtful inclusions

Beautiful location and very user friendly property with some useful inclusions such as provision of streaming services,some puzzles and games and more than your average provision of consumables. Will recommend to friends with small children - proximity to a kid friendly beach would make life so easy (noting the internal stairs would need to be managed). A few small maintenance issues, none of which detracted from our stay. Some comfy loungers for the fabulous deck would make it even better 😊
