This gorgeous condo is located just one block south of the Old Market Historic District. It’s within walking distance of many amazing restaurants, unique shops, and the Gene Leahy Mall. Omaha also hosts the College World Series and many NCAA events. Enjoy working remotely then grill a delicious dinner to have a glass of wine on the rooftop deck, indulging in the city views!

Everything was wonderful. Certainly a 5 star. Perfect location for our walks into the Old Market, a very short drive to the Omaha Zoo and a lovely Italian dinner at Via Farina. Excellent communication, welcome book and amenities. A VERY well maintained and managed home. Our family of 5 had a blast.

Convenient location for the MCWS!!!

We really enjoyed the location of the home and the responsiveness of the host, it was a great experience overall. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the MCWS and right in the heart of the Old Market area, with lots of restaurants nearby. My favorite coffee shop, Hardy Coffee Co., is just across the street!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We loved our stay as a family! The location is perfect to the Old Market. The only negative is that there are a ton of stairs and not bathroom on the main living floor. VERY nice home! :)

Weekend Get Away!

GREAT PLACE! Downtown Old Market area was great. Close enough to walk to all that the Old Market was has to offer. Beautiful place, everything we needed PLUS! Comfortable and the rooftop was a great day starter with a great cup of Java!!

Beautiful Property!

This was a sister's trip and from the minute we pulled into the garage, we were extremely impressed with this home! The place is squeaky clean and has beautiful big windows that bring in lots of natural light. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with their own attached bathrooms that are very convenient. Everything we needed was available and, to top it off, there was a delicious bottle of wine and chocolate bar waiting for us. Then we move to Location Location Location! You are close to great restaurants and shopping along with a central location for easy access to the airport, Council Bluffs, and all of Omaha. And last but not least, the hosts are wonderful. :-) I can't say enough good about this property and will definitely say again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a couple nights at this downtown condo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Between the cleanliness, comfy beds and great communication from our hosts, we can't wait to stay again! One of our best stays at a rental property ever, would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful and clean accommodations that were the perfect spot for our family of 4 (2 adult children).

We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a light on, which was a very nice touch after rolling in late at night after a long drive. Everyone had their own sleep space and was nice to have room to spread out. Loved the key code access and garage door opener which made getting in and out simple and convenient. Bright, sunny home with great attention to detail. Would’ve loved to have had nicer weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Next time!

In Town for Conference and FUN

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had excellent communication with the owners. Amazing to find a property so close to lovely restaurants with a garage and secluded setting right in the middle of downtown area. The property was pristinely clean, wonderfully decorated and so very comfortable. We had 4 of us staying and had plenty of room for all. I highly recommend this property! We would definitely stay again if in Omaha.

Family Vacation in Omaha

The home in which we stayed was absolutely perfect for the six of us -- ranging in age from 13 to 72. There were a LOT of stairs, which was not an issue for our group, but something to be aware of when booking. The townhouse was beautifully appointed, with delicious artwork in every room, and we had everything we needed. The rooftop deck was a big hit, and a great place to relax after sightseeing. Anne and Kerry were wonderful hosts, and we greatly appreciated starting out with the wine and toffee greeting us in the kitchen on our arrival! We were able to walk to a wide variety of wonderful restaurants and bars, as well as some fun shops. We happened to be there on First Friday, for the Art Walk, which we all enjoyed. The zoo was fantastic, and seeing St. Cecilia's Cathedral was worth the short drive. The weekend was too short, and we plan to return soon! Definitely five stars!!

Perfection!

My husband and I came into town for the Terence Crawford celebration and to just visit, as I am originaly from Omaha. I selected Kerry & Anne's place because it is walking distance to the Old Market & Gene Leahy Mall, I wanted a comfortable stay, and I loved the photos of the interior. The photos did not do it justice. The condo is stunning! It was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and stocked with all essentials, so we could just enjoy & have a worry-free stay. It was apparent the hosts, went over and above to ensure a great stay for thier guests, down to the complimentary bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. We also loved the rooftop patio. The check-in process was easy and communication was great. If you're looking for a place to stay in comfort and near the heart of the city, I highly recommend Kerry & Anne's. It will always be my first choice from here on out.

Clean and Comfortable

Thank you so much for opening up your home to me and my family. The location is outstanding. We enjoyed being steps away from all the shopping and restaurants in Old Market. We were able to shop at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday during our stay and we made daily walks to Hardy’s Coffee for their wonderful cinnamon rolls. We also visited the Omaha Zoo which is just a short drive south. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is decorated very tastefully. The beds were also comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. My family and I will definitely stay at the condo next time we are in Omaha.

This is a lovely condo in a great location. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Weekend Stay - Girls Weekend

This is the perfect location! Quiet, easy to find, and safe. Garage parking was a huge bonus! The property is amazing - cool décor, comfy beds, great bathrooms, and wonderful amenities! Weather didn't cooperate, but wished we could have used the rooftop patio! Owners were great and so easy to communicate with when needed. We will absolutely be back!
