Located in sought after ‘Old Tuross” this cottage enjoys a secluded lakefront location with its own fishing jetty on Tuross Lake. The land is not fenced & walk access to the jetty is steep.

The Space:
Serene Being enjoys an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which flow to the rear covered deck. Lake views are a real feature of this location! The main bedroom has a queen bed & the second sleeping area (open to the living space with privacy curtains)also has a queen bed. One bathroom with shower, bath and separate wc + a spacious open plan kitchen & living area.

The rear deck adjoins the living area & provides access via stairs to the basic laundry facility under the house. This property is not suited to small children as the back deck steps are ungated as well as the land not being fenced and access to the lake possible.

It’s a short walk Lavender Bay boat ramp & the popular boatshed precinct area for fish & chips or an evening meal.

All bed linen, bath towels & complimentary Wifi are standard inclusions. Reverse cycle heating & cooling.

Guest Access:
The garage is not available for guest use.

On arrival; we are happy to meet you at the property on arrival OR leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the peaceful Trafalgar Road in Tuross Head, Serene Being is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. This quiet location offers easy access to the Boatramp located at the end of the street as well as the Boatshed precinct with restaurant, cafe and hair salon. Tuross Head's stunning beaches and the scenic lakes + local cafes and shops are all just a short distance away. Passing by Serene Being is the newly installed sealed cycle & walkway.

Other Things to Note:
The property backs the lakefront crown reserve. and is not fenced. It is easy for children to make their way to the waters edge - children must be supervised!

Due to the natural terrain of the land, access to the jetty area is steep and may not be suitable for all persons. The private jetty is not to be used by children without adult supervision & is for fishing and relaxing from on only. The jetty's purpose is not boat storage/docking. The shade umbrella on the jetty must not be left unattended or used during windy conditions.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;
• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.
• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Serene Being @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees. A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children.

Parties or events are not accepted at Serene Being. The property is non smoking internally. Non refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies
