Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and built in robe.
The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and toilet.

The 2nd living area is set up with a lounge suite, smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and flows flawlessly out to the covered entertaining area. Here you can relax and unwind on the outdoor lounge & dining settings, take a dip in the plunge pool or enjoy a BBQ cooked meal from the built in kitchen area which is equipped with a dishwasher, mini bar fridge and sink.

Wander out your back gate with direct access through to the white sandy beaches or cycle track.

Upstairs:
Your open plan living area features high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, lounge suite, 8 seater dining table, smart TV and surrounded by a beautiful backdrop of tropical greenery.

Bedroom 5 is the biggest master suite in the house and has recently been added on. Featuring brand new king size bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
