What a great place for family fun!

Great kitchen, bedrooms and back yard! The house looks like a cozy farmhouse on the outside, but has all the bells and whistles of a modern home. The kitchen has amazing appliances with a highly stocked kitchen for cooking our meals. Even had spices and essentials (sugar) we forgot to bring. We found an extra leaf for the table and could easily fit 8 people at the table with three more at the Island. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of room for two queen size beds. The Family room had a great sectional couch wrapping a large coffee table that was great for family games. We moved the sofa bed from one room into the family room for extra seating. The TV was large and had streaming, plus Ruko so we could relax with a show at night.The house is a duplex, and shares a wall with the house near the road. You have total privacy with the fence. The first house acts as a buffer, so the sound from the road was not heard. The A/C worked great even on very hot days. Plus you have access to all the backyard.The backyard was a dream!!! Plenty of room to park our boat, motor dirt bikes and trailers. There was room for our badminton net which we played at night with glow-in the dark birdies. The host provided a firepit (with free wood, chairs and pokers), basket ball court (with balls), pickleball net (with rackets), Two picnic tables, one children picnic table and large grill under a lighted pavilion. The host were great, attending to all our needs. They even gave us a special treat with fresh raspberries and ice cream to make shakes! Other personal touches were outdoor wagons to use to move our stuff from the cars, bathroom supplies like shampoo, hair dyer and lots of towels. They provided board games and labeled the kitchen drawers so everything was easy to find.Highly recommend this home. However, leave some room for us next year! We plan on visiting again!

Perfect location

This rental is beautiful and is the perfect location. Only 14 minutes from bear lake’s north shore and right in the middle of Montpelier and garden city. It is an addition to an existing property but it is completely private. there is plenty of parking, and even accommodations for trailer parking. Lots of fun activities at the house inside and out. We played Murder in the Dark and the house was actually too dark which made the game even more challenging! The owner was super nice and helpful. The beds were very soft and sooo comfy! It fit our party of 8 adults comfortably.

Perfect for families

This property was the perfect place for our trip to Bear Lake. We had 3 families all with young kids on the trip, and the property was perfectly set up for us all to be comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful for eating outside and letting the kids run around. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The best part was the proximity to North Beach! The property manager greeted us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was so wondeful and helpful throughout our stay. The house was stocked with all the basics we needed for cooking and grilling. We had the best time and felt so at home here. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home! Clean, spacious and cozy. Great size for huge families. Kent and Denise were great hosts! They were very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Bear Lake.

Reunion at Bear Lake

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is brand new. Everything was clean and modern. Everything was so nice! The hosts were so helpful. They checked with us to make sure everything was ok. We were able to start a campfire in the backyard. They offered wood, roasting sticks, and chairs since we hadn't brought any. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hideaway

We did a short stay so we could play at bear lake. There was plenty of room for my family and my sisters family to all stay together. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great stay and great host!!

When arriving at the property, we were greeted by the owner. Such a warm and welcoming arrival. She made a us feel so welcome and right at home. The home is spacious and beautiful. Rooms were awesome and the accommodations were perfect! We will be making this our place to stay for our annual family gathering. Highly recommend!
