Blackbird Property presents their latest holiday home, Sunnyside Art Villa, located in the beautiful Wentworth Falls.

Sunnyside Art Villa is pet friendly and the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain delights of this stylish and luxurious 4-bedroom home which can sleep up to 8 guests and is only a short 10-minute walk to Wentworth Falls Village or a 2 minute drive. The Villa features a wood burning fireplace, central heating & cooling, and a heated glasshouse.

Please note: Whilst Sunnyside Art Villa has central heating/cooling throughout, the system does not work effectively when both the bedrooms and living areas are switched on at the same time. As a result we have a portable heater in each bedroom to ensure you stay toasty all winter long.

Sunnyside Art Villa has a very spacious floor plan and is set over one level making it an ideal home for families or friends to holiday together thanks to the multiple living indoor and outdoor living areas . The Villa has a beautifully decorated entryway and formal living room which features a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

There is a large kitchen which is fully equipped with a coffee machine, 6-burner freestanding cooker, microwave and basic pantry items should you wish to cook during your stay. The kitchen opens out onto the dining area with seating for 8 guests and second, informal lounge room with a wood burning fireplace, Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and generous, incredibly comfortable sofa which will easily seat 8 guests.

Each double bedroom features complimentary bed linens and towels. The primary bedroom includes a Smart TV, walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom. The villa has 2.5 bathrooms each with essential toiletries including body and hand washes from unlabelled. The hand & body wash products with a heart. All profits from unlabelled go toward the prevention of youth suicide.

Outside is where Sunnyside Art Villa really shines, in addition to the ample seating on the side porch, the back garden has outdoor dining and lounges with views over cold climate garden. The owner has also installed a heated glasshouse with outdoor dining and seating all under an antique chandelier and with fully working sink. It really is a magical spot to relax and enjoy the delights of the mountains and this beautifully presented property.

The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer inside the mudroom/laundry.

Please note:
1. The house only has parking availability for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway.

2. The wood fireplace in the informal living room is available for guests to use with some firewood supplied by your host. The ethanol fireplace is not available for guests to use.

3. Sunnyside Art Villa has a strict no party/events policy and we require a $1000 security bond which is fully refundable per our House Rules.

By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.
