Clif haven true!

Great property, amenities perfect, the firewood for the open fire was a bonus; this was a big hit and a focal point for our stay. The location is awesome, walking distance to the main attraction and close to some wonderful look outs. The wind and the black out did not phase us, we were snug and secure.

A must stay in Katoomba

I’ve been coming to the Blue Mountains with a group of friends for years now and I can confidently say this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house was absolutely spotless and extremely well equip for our group. Has absolutely everything you would need for a holiday. Check in process was a breeze and the views were incredible. Can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Roger’s Comments

Overall, we loved staying here and would gladly do it again. The only downsides were that the coffee machine took some time to work out, as did the front door, and large groups may run out of dining chairs.

Great position and view

Very nice place to stay with unbeatable view.Downside was cleaning not up to scratch and coffee machine had mould growing in the tray. The heating had been turned off after last rental resulting in house being extremely cold for 24 hours until it warmed up. In addition, the heating system is very noisy to the point of disturbing sleep. That aside, all possibke needs are provided for.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and for staying with us. We’re really sorry that the cleanliness and heating weren’t up to standard for your visit — we take this very seriously. We recently changed to a new cleaning team in July, and your review helped us identify the issues promptly. We’ve now addressed this with the team and introduced a detailed, documented cleaning manual to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ve also adjusted the central air-conditioning system so the house heats up much faster, and the unit has been serviced to reduce the noise you experienced. Thank you again for letting us know — your comments genuinely help us improve. We’re glad you enjoyed the views and amenities, and we’d love to welcome you back for a much smoother stay next time.

Extended family get-away

A great property. The four kids (8-12) loved the downstairs bedrooms with the low beds and the outside area. The other bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable and bathrooms fine. Our hosts were very generous with shampoo, coffee etc and the containers and glad wrap were a bonus. The view from the upstairs lounge was stunning. The dining table was fantastic for a group of 10 both for eating and playing board games. Sorry to say however, that the SMEG appliances didn't all pass the test. Fridge was small for ten and hard to open. Care has to be taken with very hot tap water and the jug can short out power if even slightly overfilled. Heating was great and we had a fabulous family time that included several BBQ's and an open fire in the provided pit. A great stay!
