Had a lovely relaxing time with the family. The house is current, clean and spacious. We also enjoyed relaxing outside. The later check out time was also fantastic as we have a later flight out.

Absolutely Beautiful!

It was very relaxing and spacious for all the teenagers we took along with us. The children loved the house so much I got worried that we wouldn't be able to ever leave the house to adventure out into San Antonio.

Our three sons and their families stayed here for a week. It was spacious, well-equipped, and half a mile from our house. The neighborhood pool was great! Domingo answered our questions promptly. Perfect place! They will stay there again next year. Thank you so much!

Nice but issues

Tv in master did not work along with the coffee pot. Had to purchase toilet paper trash bags body wash coffee pot. Property was roomy. Beds were comfortable and patio was nice. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better

Tv in master did not work be Ouse you disconnected the wifi extender. There was toilet paper a d trash bags in the broom closet. You never contacted me about these issues so they could be resolved. I could have replaced the coffee pot upon your arrival. You’re my only negative review of over 60 stays.

Big home. Very roomy yet homey. We only slept there but if we wanted to cook or hang out there, there would have been plenty to do and room to do it. My family and I would stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect for large families!

We stayed with our group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Home was clean and felt cozy. Nice neighborhood. A little out of the way, but we didn’t mind. The only things missing were washcloths for the shower and perhaps some additional trash bags. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Wedding Weekend

We rented for a wedding weekend at 1850 Settlement. It was only 7 minutes away and was super convenient. It was perfect for our family and had plenty of space. The owner was super informative and helpful leading up the to stay. I recommend this property!

The owner worked well with us because our stay had to be curt short due to the corona virus. He promised us a partial refuynd check the first wekk of APRIL 2020. It remains to be seen if we get that check, but over all very good

Great location!

We had a wonderful time while staying here with another family when our children were participating in a soccer tournament! The house seemed like a home to us. Very welcoming, amazingly stocked throughout home. Plenty of space for two families to enjoy themselves. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We will be back! Highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay!

Extremely nice house! Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Three of us stayed there for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is plenty of room for many more people and the hot tub was a great extra to use after our days of tours and activities. Very clean and didn't have to run out to buy anything to use in the kitchen. Everything was there that you could possibly need. We really appreciated the detailed instructions sent by Domingo so what needed to be done at departure time was cut and dry. He, also, sent some recommendations of restaurants which we tried out and were very happy with. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in San Antonio. Most things we did were within a 30 min drive. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great place to stay!

We had a large group and the house was spacious and comfortable for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped . The location was also a good one. Communication with the owner was easy as well. I recommend this property!

Had a great time

Only thing we had trouble with was TV’s were very hard to work and figure out especially for older non tech savvy adults/seniors and most remotes had no battery’s. Could use a larger coffee pot we were standing in line making pot after pot lol. But a very nice place with all the convince of home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

This house was exactly what I was looking for on my family vacation. The house was very roomy and clean. Exactly what we needed for our large family. Far enough away from the city to enjoy ourselves but not too far to not enjoy the attractions in the city. The kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely rent again when we come back.

Within 30 minutes of everything

Check-in was easy. Home is located in safe neighborhood. We had a minor issue and contacted the owner, and a maintenance man came by later that afternoon and resolved it. The home is located within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do.
