Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unit very comfortable, perhaps for further reference it would be good to have instruction manuals for appliances eg: stove top...and now and then to clean out shower drain

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An older property but apartment is fitted with newish kitchen and bathroom, is clean and comfortable. No aircon in bedrooms only ceiling fans. Windows open about 10cms so airflow is limited. The apartment is close to restaurants and main shopping strip which is very convenient, but deliveries and garbage trucks start early in the morning - about 5.30am - and can be noisy. Front door lock very stiff and sliding door to balcony was very hard to close. Both need attention by property manager. Someone may break the key in the lock.Overall we were happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this property with our 2 daughters (aged 7 and 5). It's a third floor walk-up so be ready for a leg work out. The views are lovely, and it's much quieter than we thought it would be.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: on arrival fuund electronic blinds n0t working.sliding door to veranda badly in need of repair.TV in bedroom not working.Much of storage space blocked off.Repair man called and partly repaired blinds,butwere still not working properly.Told me door was no good and would report this to office .no reply.Definitely not up to standqrd of previous visits pre-pandemic.Would not recommend in present condition.
