Beautiful house located in Marpole Vancouver! This 2000 sq. ft. house is newly furnished and is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There are 3 bedrooms plus 1 den, and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom. There is 1 King plus crib, 2 Queen, and 1 Twin bed respectively. The living room also has 2 queen sized sofa beds. Rentals of 30+ days are accommodated with the house being fully furnished and inclusive of all utilities (electricity, gas, wifi, tv, etc.)

Transportation is very convenient as it is a middle point to all popular areas such as the Airport, Marine Gateway, Langara College, UBC, and downtown!

There are also grocery stores, popular eats, and professional services within walking distance.

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay! It had plenty of space for our group of 10, including lots of bathrooms. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and pleasant to explore on foot early on a Saturday morning. Our host was communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! We would highly recommend this place!

The home has been beautifully remodeled. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom, which was wonderful. One of our guests used a wheel chair (can do a few stairs with assistance) so the bedroom and bath on the main floor was great. Very nice residential area, close to airport and cruise ship port. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Great Vancouver Accommodation with Separate Bathrooms

Our friends were in town for the Eras Tour and we loved the location, the house, how each individual room upstairs had its on on-suite bathroom. Host was very communicative, and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

30th bday trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay for my 30th bday trip. The house was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. It accommodated our family of 7 so nicely and we were able to be comfortable during our Vancouver vacation. The communication with the manager was easy and they were very accommodating! Wonderful stay overall!

Awesome home in Vancouver!

We loved it. We’re a big family of adults and we loved it. The photos are super accurate. The location is smack bang in the centre. The hpuse is beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly highly recommended.

Comfy and warm

It is a nice neighbourhood, with plenty of kitchenware and dishes, charming to stay, nicely done and neat. The house was clean and very comfortable. The shower needs to improve as water goes only to the glass side, not centred. The pillows also need to be changed, as they were not very comfortable. The ad did not mention any residents in the basement or in the laneway house, but we were able to keep the noise at a bearable level. Overall I recommend the house and the property manager, and I would rent it again if I had the opportunity.

Accurate photos

The home is spacious and the photos are accurate. It worked for my large family’s two week stay. However, There were a number of items that were broken or not functioning including one couch had a broken arm, the master bathroom shower is not functional and the bathtub shower is broken, the downstairs bathroom shower leaks. We had to give the place a good clean and buy a vacuum because one was not provided. Not the end of the world but it did not meet my expectations.
