Breakwater is an executive 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath and one-half bath Newly Renovated home. This stunning home is situated on 10 acres of land which has 1200ft of Water Front Panoramic Breathtaking Views with a private beach overlooking the Bay of Fundy which is known for 30ft tides.

Breakwater is just 10 Minutes West from Downtown Historic Saint John. There is also several Local Hiking Trails. One is just 5 min away & Called Split Rock Trail which follows the Shore line right too the Musquash Lighthouse.. Lots of other Hiking Trails & Beaches along Our Coast to Enjoy as well Just minutes from This Hidden Hideaway...While watching the tides go in and out you may catch seals Planking on the rocks or porpoises feeding on schools of herring. Lots Of daily Seabirds and Local Bald Eagles..

Saint John has Lots of history, Great restaurants, & night life. Visit the local city market where you can pick up some local fresh food and vegetables.

The property has two decks, one on the front and back of the house equipped with a BBQ, and you can also sit and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning views while taking in the fresh salt air.

This Home is in a Great Location for Day Trips. 1hr From Maine U.S.A./ 20 Min from New River Bach Park/ 50 Min From St Martin's/,2hrs From Hopewell Rocks

Karen is an exceptional host. We arrived to an immaculate home, lovely local welcome gifts and if we had any questions she was quick to respond. Her home is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly want. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

The property is extremely well equipped. There is no need to bring anything. The furniture was comfortable, the home was very well decorated, (and we were there at Christmas time). The family loved the hot tub and the location was perfect as we were able to go into Saint John for an outing. I highly recommend this property.

The views of the Bay of Fundy were absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub overlooking the water was a highlight — so peaceful and relaxing.The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was perfect. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this gorgeous newly renovated home and spectacular property. The house, with its lovely coastal theme, comfortable furnishings, and high end amenities could be right out of a magazine. The primary suite was amazing, with huge picture windows and a beautiful ensuite. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning to the sunrise over the water.We enjoyed the spacious yard as well as the fabulous private beach, as did our dog. The local wildlife kept us entertained - we had daily visits from seals, deer, a great blue heron, and a bald eagle.We enjoyed the hot tub after our coastal hikes each day.The location in a very quiet neighbourhood was close to everything one could need.The home owner was most helpful and very responsive to any questions that we had.If we could give this home 10 stars we would! We will definitely be back again.

This home was outstanding…just STUNNING!The views were beautiful!!I can’t say enough about our experience. Karen, our host, was excellent. We arrived to homemade preserves, a bottle of sparkling water and a box of chocolates with a hand written note and a customized welcome letterboard. Allowing us to have our dogs with us made our vacation even more special. This home has everything you will need. So many things were suppled, it was like staying at a 5 star resort. The appliances, dishes, wine glasses, bedding, and all other finishes are high end. If you have the opportunity, book this rental. You will be thrilled with everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This house and it’s location, right on the Bay of Fundy, are exceptional! We stayed there for 1 week with our dog and immensly enjoyed the tranquility, VIEW, watching the seals « sunbathe » on the rocks just in front of the house, the deers, the extraordinary TIDES, and the birds. The entire house was very comfortable and clean and nothing, i mean nothing is missing! Located a short (15-minute) car ride to Uptown Saint John where you can enjoy the Port, many restaurants, and shopping. The host was exceptional, very caring, and helpful. I highly recommend!!! This is by far the best vacation home we ever rented!!

This is our second stay at Breakwater for our annual high school friends reunion. The place is perfect with the most breathtaking views and sunrises over the water. It’s extremely clean, well equipped (we lacked nothing) and ample room for everyone. We travel extensively and this is the first time we’ve decided to go back to the same place…that says it all! Communication, including suggestions from the host, was smooth and appreciated. We hope to be back!

This is an exceptional home in a beautiful area. I’ve stayed at many lovely vacation rentals, but this one easily tops the list, both for its location, but especially for the design/comfort/luxury within. We found ourselves returning a little earlier from our forays each day to enjoy the place. It was a destination in and of itself!

This was the cleanest and most equipped VRBO in which I’ve stayed. The pics of the view are accurate. It’s an amazing place. We saw seals and porpoises daily, not to mention the deer and her babies. It was quiet and beautiful. We went to the local fish market and bought the fresh catch of the day and cooked up a great meal, then took a walk down to the pebble beach. Found some sea glass. Perfection. We plan to return soon!

This property was absolutely stunning and Karen is the true definition of a superhost. The house was extremely clean and eloquently and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful, the property had all the needed amenities in great working condition and Karen was great at providing relevant information about places to visit in the area. We were even greeted with a welcome sign, box of chocolates and bottle of non-alcoholic wine which was perfect for the family. Everyone instantly felt at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We had the most amazing stay at Breakwater! We enjoyed breathtaking views, watching the sun rise over the bay every morning, and relaxing in the hot tub by night! This home was stocked with every conceivable necessity, making our stay stress-free. Karen was the perfect host, responding quickly to our inquiries and even supplying little welcome gifts and day trip recommendations! A momma deer and her triplets visited us nearly every morning, adding to our delight, and we do believe we saw seals in the distance. The kids (ages 13-20) and I would highly recommend Breakwater as a relaxing retreat!

Amazing accommodation and property on the Bay of Fundy. Private beach, great for sea glass picking. The host, Karen, was very responsive and provided everything needed and expected, as well as some “extras”. From the expansive property we saw water birds, sea otters, deer and a fox!

The views are breathtaking from all over the house and property. The hot tub was fantastic. The house itself had everything you needed and then some. Beautiful place inside and out. Karen was super friendly and helpful with suggestions throughout the stay.

What can I say?!?! The house and the view is incredible! It was amazing to wake up every morning to that view. The house is so comfortable and Karen was so thoughtful with her treats for us and the kids. Highly recommend!! We will be back!! The kids kitten Inigo says thank you also. Such a great place to stay at.

Beautiful place to stay

The house was impeccable and host was super nice. Very comfortable home with amazing views from every room. We had a great time relaxing and watch the changing tides. Walking trails and downtown St. John are only a short drive away. Would highly recommend.
