* For disadvantage, it is an old house, so the house is not spacious and the host or other guest can stay in one room (annex) so, the bathroom is shared.

* It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen, and has a small yard. bathroom is shared with the host or other guests. It is most suitable for 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 singles.
