Very nice house on a beautiful property. The house was very well maintained with lots of space for hanging out and sleeping arrangements. Close to truist park which is why we were there.

Great location

We were in town for baseball tourney all over Atlanta. This house was a great location and close to everything. House is nice and spacious and a great layout!

Wonderful property, excellent location

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very clean, well appointed, you can tell that care was taken with the renovations. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and lots of spaces to hang out together, both inside and outside. The location was excellent, very convenient to the interstate so easy to get to downtown Atlanta, the Battery, and the airport. The guest contact checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd Year Staying and Planning to Book Again

I attend a convention every year about 15 minutes away and this house is perfect to relax after a long day. The property manager’s are super communicative, the home is relaxing, clean, and spacious. I plan on booking next year as well!

Beautiful and Very Convenient!

This home was immaculate! It has been beautifully redone. Plenty of space and supplied with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation! Quiet neighborhood and yet you are about 20 minutes away from everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Home

We came to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect set up for several couples and kids. The best was the large living room area with very comfortable furniture. We were all able to be together in one room. The kids enjoyed the great area downstairs with the ping pong table. The decor was stylish abfd the artwork beautiful!

Great Stay for Convention

A couple of my friends and I got this place so we could be near a gaming convention for the weekend. Everything was great but I wish we had a house layout since the listing didn’t specify one of the rooms could only be accessed through a shared bathroom. Besides the layout, everything was great and the communication was easy with the host. This is the second time we stayed at an Evolve rental and they were great.

big house, excellent hosts

The house was just what we needed for our family while in town for a funeral. It was clean and nice and comfortable. We had to book at the last minute when our other accommodations fell thorough and the hosts were responsive and got every question we had answered. It was a smooth experience. If you need a big house in the Smyrna area, this is the place to stay.

The Perfect Stay

Cannot say enough about this property. So much space for our group of 12 to gather both indoors and outdoors. The stocked kitchen and bathrooms were definitely a plus. Beautiful decor. Champagne glasses for our mimosa brunch…yes. The beautiful and spacious island that our caterer used to display our meals…yes. Plenty of parking, great conversations by the fire pit (although we didn’t light it) enjoying fresh air on both decks, letting fresh air in through the numerous sliding glass doors on both levels…just wow. We are looking forward to using the space again next year!

Home away from home!

This house is beautiful, the pictures look identical to the in-person view. We received detailed checkin and checkout instructions. This home is quite spacious and allows everyone the desired comfort. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, which was a very pleasant experience. We plan to return for additional stays, my family was very pleased. Thank you! 😊

Awesome Stay! Awesome House! Awesome Host!

We were in town for a convention and had our booking wrongfully canceled at different house two days before our arrival— THANK GOD this house and host were able to accommodate us quickly, make us feel welcome and at peace during the most hectic weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable and the host was super responsive. Not to mention the decor of the home was so lovely, and super well thought out. I’m hoping that next year when we come back for the convention we can stay here again because it was just a perfect stay!

On Favorites List

The property was everything it was presented to be. The house has a wonderful, spacious layout with plenty of room to "live" while away from home. Everything was clean, and kept up inside and out. The owners provided just enough communication to be helpful and attentive without being overbearing and it was greatly appreciated! When we're back in Atlanta, this will be on of our first choices! Thank you to the hosts for making it a great stay :)
