Until August 2023, the property will include 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with the upper two levels containing 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and the basement containing 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

Beginning August 2023 and beyond, the basement unit will be separated from the main house and reserved for use by the family.

This means starting in August 2023 and beyond, the property will come with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, across the main and the upper level, with the basement suite being unavailable for use.

The property also contains spacious living rooms and family rooms, a patio with a barbecue and a view of the city, and a backyard, perfect for families and other large groups!

Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street, but the garage is unavailable for use.

In addition, the house is located very close to many amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a recreation centre, with all being a short 2-5 minute drive away from the property!

In addition, we are also only 10-12 minutes away from the airport, and very close to all the major attractions in Calgary!

If your looking forwards to a trip to Banff, from this property it will be about a ~1 hour drive, with easy access to Stoney Trail.

We think the properties closeness to locations like grocery stores, restaurants, the airport, and downtown are amazingly convenient!

The property is also located in an amazing neighbourhood, with close access to major roads, and an amazing view!
