Willow cottage – in the heart of the swan valley

Welcome to “Willow Cottage” – a luxury refurbished cottage is set in a great location in the heart of the swan valley - offering a rare advantage of that “country feeling” but still within minutes of all the local amenities. The perfect spot for golfers too with the world renowned “Vines” golf course only a few minutes drive away.

This 2 bedroomed cottage is situated to the rear of the main house (where the owners live) and has a separate driveway with designated guest parking, keeping the property totally private – with the luxury of the owners being close by should you need anything!
Open plan lounge/dining room overlooks the modern chefs kitchen offering full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning – perfect for those hot sunny days/cool winter nights. (Huge 75" smart TV with FREE Wifi.)
The owners have finished the cottage to a very high standard with top quality furnishings throughout.
There is a separate study area – ideal if you are traveling for business and need a designated quiet spot!
The 2 bedrooms both offer queen size beds and with quality bedding/luxe mattresses for your comfort. Large wardrobes with ample storage.
The modern bathroom comprises of vanity, wc and full glass shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
The magical outdoor area is a perfect spot to spend your evenings with a raised deck area, barbeque and stone table for alfresco dining. There is festoon lighting in the pergola that really offers a magical feeling in the evenings. (You can watch the kangaroos in the rear garden). The train station is only 5 minutes drive from the property - offering great links to Fremantle/Mandurah/ Perth city etc.
The property sleeps a max of 4 guests (children strictly 7 years+) and NO hen/bucks parties considered.
* Please note we do have 2 cameras on the block, both show cars entering the block (one is on the main house garage and one is on the rear shed) neither of the cameras show any activity at the cottage)

A Little GemWillow Cottage is a fabulous place to stay. The standard of cleanliness and comfort is top notch. It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home from home. The outside dining and sitting area is so peaceful and relaxing. Amanda is the perfect host and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. My only regret is that we only had two nights booked and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Don’t pass this property by!

Willow Cottage was as described. Top notch accommodation. Warmly welcomed by host Amanda, who was keen to ensure we had all we needed for our stay. The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all home comforts. Very quiet for a good nights sleep too. Outside area looked so nice, but sadly we had no available time to enjoy this, as a short break in WA. Location was perfect for our visit to family and was close to amenities and highways to the Swan Valley. Would highly recommend. Thanks Amanda

Fantastic Cottage and Super Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in this wonderful cottage. It had all the facilities one could wish for and we can only describe the host (Amanda) as truly amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Most beautiful place ever!!

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at this stunning place. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The feel, from the moment you open the door is just magical. The host is lovely and very welcoming. We are looking forward to making it a yearly getaway for us.

What a fab little stay!

Amanda was so accommodating from booking to check in and then check out. We stayed with friends and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfy and an ideal place to stay when we travelled to Perth for the Robbie Williams concert at Nikola estate. 5 stars! 👍 Thanks amanda

Swan Valley Retreat

Ideally located in the Swan Valley within a 5m drive to everything you’ll need. Perfect hosts, provided everything we needed and made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Everything is clean and new/as new condition. Highly recommend!

Willow Cottage is just the perfect getaway. It’s a gorgeous cottage, furnished beautifully and spotlessly clean. It has a wonderful outside area to sit and relax. Willow cottage is set in lovely countryside with all amenities a short drive away. Amanda is an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful break away and would highly recommend Willow Cottage as an ideal place to stay in the beautiful Swan Valley.

An enjoyable break

Only stayed at Willow Cottage the one night and found it comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, with everything we needed. Loved the well set up deck where we could relax with drinks and nibbles. Amanda the host made the whole process easy and pleasant. A short drive to venues and attractions and a quiet area. Can recommend.

Exceptional!

My sister and I stayed for a few days and were so impressed by how comfortable and well equipped Willow Cottage is. The host, Amanda, has thought of everything…even an apron of you get the urge to do some cooking! The cottage is clean and cosy, and the addition of a private outdoor area adds to the relaxing feeling. I would highly recommend Willow Cottage.

So grateful for the wonderful getaway

Such a beautiful cottage. Everything was spotless, in good condition and the furniture/decor was gorgeous. My bed was comfy and the shower was great. Amanda was so kind and helpful. Perfect 24 hour getaway from the kids with my mum and sisters. Loved it! Thank you again!

Beautiful cottage

We had a lovely one night stay at this very roomy and clean cottsge. Ananda was the perfect host. Very communicative and we were able to check in early. There was coffee, a coffee machine, fluffky towels and little toiletries available. Very well maintained and can’t find anything to complain about. Thanks so much for having us😊

FRIENDLY INVITING COZZY COTTAGE

Me and my partner decided to take some time away from work and our busy lives, headed down the to swan valley, willow cottage is a your next perfect getaway if your looking for a good central location not too far out of perth CBD, plenty places to vist around, wine tasting tours in the vineyards, lovely places to go out for dinner, our favourite for a the Thrusday night was Hennely brook, with half price pizzas every Thursday, and if your not a big fan of getting out and about you can always have a night in with a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor alfresco area kited out with a bbq, and nice outdoor sitting, owner of the place were extremely inviting allowing us to check in earlier than 3pm, so hats of to Amanda for being a very hospitable host, both me and my parent have agreed that this is definitely added to the list of places we will happily revisit again,

Ladies Sleepover Weekend

The three of us booked in for a 1 night stay at this gorgeous cottage and Amanda was very attentive, meeting us for check-in and checkout. The full kitchen was great for our dinner and wine evening and there's so much room to relax in the space. I would recommend bringing a Chromecaste or similar to connect your smart phone to the TV for any streaming purposes if you wanted to watch any movies. And to finish, it was my birthday with Amanda surprising me with a gift which was just beautiful, totally unexpected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Lizzie, (Jax and Em).

There are lots of lovely places to visit in and around Belhus. We truely have a magical location if you want everything on your doorstep - from world class wineries to gourmet eateries and everything in between.
