Upscale, comfortable home when home away. Excellent for short term corporate living for business, or temporally living for family in transition. A beautiful backyard face the huge cedar trees and the natural protected green park. You can spot the wood pecker or hear the birds chirping around the House. Spring time , wild flower emerging from the forest like a rainbow carpet. Furnished house, 3 bedrooms 2 and half bath. Master has king bed, 2 guest rooms each has a queen bed. can provide pack and play for baby if request. High quality Mattress , quality linen, towel.

Excellent central location, 8 minutes to rose garden, Japanese Garden, portland downtown, 6 minutes to Nike, 10-15 minutes to Intel, couple minutes to HWY26 or 217, sunset transit center, where Max train can take you to airport or downtown. Excellent neighbourhood. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Nice home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood

The home is a newer home in a very nice neighborhood in Portland. Nice area to go for a walk and always feel safe. Everything worked perfectly in the home. The oven and stove combo was one of the best I have ever used. Owner was VERY responsive and polite.

Lovely stay in Beaverton!

Clean, quiet and lovely neighborhood convenient location yet out of the urban hubbub of Portland! Management available for any questions or concerns and very accommodating. Only criticism was the tv cable service which we were never able to access.

Beautiful house, great for families

Lily is such a fantastic host! We enjoyed ourselves so much. Comfortable beds & linens. Wonderful open floor plan for the family to gather. We were recovering from a fire at our house and Lily couldn't have been more supportive. The house was a dream.

Gorgeous home in a peaceful, green neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home with a lovely walking path in the neighborhood, which backs up to Catlin Gabel School. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Great central location, beautiful home elegantly decorated .

My family had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks, the home is in new condition comfortable beds lots of living space and state-of-the-art appliances, we felt at home here the neighborhood is great the location is central to Portland and Beaverton there is everything you need within a mile from the house. Vivian the owner was great very responsive and helpful. The house was stocked nicely when we arrived, I give it 5 stars if your planning a stay in Portland this is the one you want to book. John M

A cozy family friendly home.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. There were six of us and our dog and we had plenty of room. It is centrally located to many activities to see in Portland. Vivian was immediately responsive to all of our questions and requests. The only recommendation we have is to better stock the home with essentials/basics - bath towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels. The kitchen in particular was sparse which made it a bit challenging eating in and preparing our food. We switched our menu around to accommodate kitchen supplies we didn't have available. We also thought the pantry could be better stocked with non-perishables such as cooking spray, spices, olive/vegetable oil, etc. We just didn't want to buy a lot of these types of items as we were traveling home by air. I know it's a healthy balance to try and stock a home and not waste items in the home when it's for periodic guest, but as a home this large it is obvious the house will be mostly full of people and spending time together in the home through meals and socializing and daily living is part of the experience. Even with this recommendation, we would rent this home again on our continued visits to Portland. The owners/managers were very kind and responsive. Darlene S

Amazing Home!

What a beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Upon arrival the home was spotless clean. The home is professionally decorated and has plenty of room. We were six adults, a six month old and a small dog! The beds were very comfortable and welcoming. We were in Portland for our daughter’s wedding and we hosted a small breakfast. Everyone enjoyed the open floor plan and the lovely backyard with even more seating. The location is great. Grocery shopping is less than 10 minutes. The location is quite convenient for all the sightseeing the Portland area has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book this great rental! You won’t be sorry!! Thank you Vivian for all your help in making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful and great location; some changes needed

My family stayed at this home for more than a week. We absolutely loved the space, the rooms, the location and the place was perfectly immaculate. It was very homey and decorated with lovely details. However, we had a few issues: first, we feel the kitchen could have been better stocked with a few necessities such as saran wrap, ziplock bags, aluminum foil or even plastic trash bags. Second, we believe the instructions for the cable/tV was not clear. Not one of us could decipher the "code" to getting this to work. Same goes for the entry panel. A suggestion would be to keep in mind the demographic of the tenant. Perhaps a younger group of people, adept to higher technology could better understand, but that was not the case with us. We also had an issue with responsiveness to a "crisis." In the middle of the night, one of the smoke alarms beeped incessantly due to a low battery. But we could not reach it with the high ceilings, and could not find a ladder. We called FOUR times before getting anyone to respond, and even then we were simply told where we could find a step ladder - but could STILL not reach the smoke detector. This took us THREE hours to resolve, finally using a broom handle. Also, we would suggest providing a table cover/cloth for the "game" table. It's very nice, spacious and beautiful, but given that it is made of wood, there were many flaws (yes, this added to the character) - however, it made it difficult to play cards or dominoes. Finally, we don't like the idea that it was OUR responsibility to prepare for the next tenant. We were asked to strip beds, put towels in the wash - all to prepare for the next customer. We think this should be the responsibility of the owner - to prepare the home for the next guests. I think these are only a few suggestions to improve the guests' stay, but again, it is a beautiful home, very clean and a terrific location.

Beautiful home in peaceful setting

My husband and I recently spent 9 days here while visiting our sons and their wives in Portland. Overall, we were extremely happy with the rental. Our favorite things about the property: Great location! Not only close access to where our sons live, but also to freeways and main roads. QFC for groceries is a 5 minute drive away. We really appreciate the absolute cleanliness of the home - it was immaculate. Wonderful having a fenced in yard! Our dog was SO happy to just lay outside and watch all the birds and chipmunks. And the humans enjoyed sitting out back in the shade for a glass of wine. The neighborhood was so very quiet - really relaxing. Laundry facilities and available garage parking were a real plus. The bed was VERY comfortable. This is one of our most important criteria! Nice large kitchen table, and very comfy large sectional couch. The keyless lock system was really convenient. Reliable WiFi and a/c Vivian and her son, Shawn, were extremely responsive. Emails were answered very quickly, and when we had an issue with the TV, Shawn came right over to fix it. The kitchen is spacious with good quality appliances. The equipment on hand is a bit limited, but Vivian has promised to add some of my suggested additions. We would not hesitate to stay again, or to recommend to others!

Ideal Location * Spacious * Inviting * Quiet * Clean

A welcome abode, "home-away-from-home." The space accommodated several adults with plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet spot to relax. To our happy surprise, the two-and-a-half baths readily met our bathroom needs! The on-demand hot water heater always graced us with a good HOT shower! Laundry was a daily chore that was easily accomplished with the upstairs washer & dryer! The patio was a private space surrounded by trees which we enjoyed every day! Our little one, under two, was very happy playing in the fenced in backyard, toddling around the main floor, or napping peacefully upstairs. The QFC grocer is only a five minute drive (Starbucks next door). Zupans upscale grocer is about ten minutes further. The location was central to enjoying the pacific coast beach, many area hikes, and the great city of Portland~an easy twenty minute drive to many city restaurants and local shops. The owner is quick to respond and likely to oblige!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable

Serene Paradise

I am a avid user of VRBO and this home was top notch! It must have been a former model home since it was immaculate and cozy and loved all the cute touches and upgrades. It was a brand new neighborhood and close to school and all the amenities you could need. The only things me I would recommend is having some of the basic comediments like sugar, salt, pepper and microwaveable mugs for coffee and tea. Vivian was very responsive and courteous! I would stay here again and again! Thanks for the experience!

Comfortable and Quiet

This home was clean and comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood, but not within walking distance of shops or a grocery store. Beds were very comfortable! Great home to rent when travelling with a group. Owner was easy to communicate with.

good value, nice property for five people

A relatively new VRBO - so not without wrinkles. Kitchen missing some useful items. One of the mattresses smelled like cigarettes. However, the space worked well for multi-generational travelers.
