We got to the property late at night and even though it was a self check-in process, the owner came out the door and still gave us a short tour of the property and made us feel comfortable. He was also very hospitable with our requests. I would re-book in his property if I ever need a place to stay just outside Toronto again!. 10/10

I liked the neighborhood, it's calm and quiet. For the purpose of our trip, the room was enough with just a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. There are 2 rooms and a shared space, you are only renting one room here in Expedia. Communication via Expedia chat is almost impossible, I recommend talking to the host directly via cellphone or WhatsApp. The space is very clean and nice, we didn't have any problems with the shared spaces and bathroom. The only thing we didn't like was a heavy odor of tobacco in the bathroom that simply couldn't go away. But apart from that we are very happy with the place and our stay.

Clean and convenient

I visited Milton for the weekend to attend a sporting event. The property is in a convenient location near to the venue, was very clean and was a comfortable place to rest during my short stop over. Will stay again in the future.

I wasn't told there would be someone else there at all, and it was pretty odd to arrive and see that I wasn't alone there. I ended up staying somewhere else after the 2nd night.

There were two of us, but only one towel was provided and there were no face cloths. Left door on the wardrobe needs to be adjusted. It closes with a loud bang so I propped it open with a shoe. Everything was very clean and it is well located for a visit to my family.

I had to constantly move my vehicle for the owner as the basement can be shared between two guests, I would be settling in for bed and receive messages about moving. Otherwise everything was good.
