Relaxing property close to nice restaurants

The property is very nice and closely resembles the pictures. There are lots of really good restaurants within a 10 minute walk or you can just hire a scooter or go on Grab to organise a car really easily. The only downside is that the pool table and forth bedroom are upstairs and are reached via what are extremely steep stairs. My elderly parents could not navigate them and I would not recommend the property for very young children either (due to stairs/no pool fence). Cleaning staff were brilliant. Property manager was slow to respond pre departure but did do everything as promised. We’d definitely stay again.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our property for your stay. We're glad to hear that you found the property nice and that it resembled the pictures. We appreciate your comments about the restaurants nearby and the convenience of transportation options. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the steep stairs leading to the pool table and fourth bedroom. We understand that this may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or young children. We will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. We're delighted to hear that the cleaning staff provided brilliant service during your stay. We apologize if there were any delays in our response pre-departure, and we will work on improving our communication. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit.
